Obo\u017eevala je ko\u0161arko, <strong>pri 15 letih pa je za\u010dela tudi s treningi z ute\u017emi<\/strong>. Pri 18 letih jo je svet fitnesa tako navdu\u0161il, da se je odlo\u010dila, da se bo popolnoma posvetila svojemu hobiju, zato je <strong>kon\u010dala te\u010daj<\/strong> na avstralskem fitnes in\u0161titutu in <strong>za\u010dela trenirati svoje prve stranke<\/strong> v majhni telovadnici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u010dencem v \u0161olskih ekipah je pomagala tudi do bolj\u0161ih rezultatov. Iz\u0161olala jih je za \u0161portnike, kar je izbolj\u0161alo njihovo zmogljivost, <strong>poleg tega pa jim je predavala o prehrani<\/strong>. <strong>Fotografije pred in po<\/strong> je uporabljala za spremljanje njihovega napredka. Nato jih je delila na svojem novo ustvarjenem ra\u010dunu Instagram, ki ga je v ta namen ustvarila avgusta 2012. Na ta na\u010din je v nekaj mesecih premamila<strong> ve\u010d sto tiso\u010d sledilcev<\/strong>, ki so \u017eeleli sodelovati s Kaylo Itsines. Tako je bila v za\u010detku leta <strong>2014<\/strong> pod njenim okriljem predstavljena prva e-knjiga Bikini Body Guide po kateri so trenirali ljudje po vsem svetu in tako je imela kmalu ve\u010d kot milijon prenosov. Zaveda se, da je hrana ve\u010d kot le gorivo za telo, zato jo skrbi za njeno kakovost.
