Geben Sie ein Schicht Hafermischung von zirka <strong>1 cm auf den Glasboden<\/strong> und anschlie\u00dfend eine Schicht (1 cm hoch) Joghurt mit Protein. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang bis zum oberen Rand des Glasses und<strong> beenden Sie ihn mit der Joghurtmischung<\/strong>. <strong>Mit <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/blog\/tag\/himbeeren\/\" class=\"ek-link\">Himbeeren <\/a>oder gehackten N\u00fcssen dekorieren.<\/strong> Stellen Sie die Gl\u00e4ser \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank und verbrauchen Sie es am n\u00e4chsten Tag als leckeres <strong>Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck oder Proteinsnack<\/strong>.
