Osim tla, udio hranjivih sastojaka u proizvodima ovisi i o drugim \u010dimbenicima, poput <strong>vremenskih prilika, sezone, na\u010dina uzgoja<\/strong> ili <strong>trajanja i na\u010dina skladi\u0161tenja<\/strong>. To bi zna\u010dilo da za dobivanje vitamina i drugih hranjivih sastojaka vo\u0107e ne mora nu\u017eno biti \u0161to du\u017ee u zemlji. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Povr\u0107e ili vo\u0107e dobiva hranjive sastojke iz tla, stoga se \u010dini da ih se njihovim sakupljanjem &#8220;uskra\u0107uje&#8221; za izvor hranjivih sastojaka. Me\u0111utim, nakon \u017eetve, oni <strong>koriste<\/strong> dobivene <strong>hranjive tvari<\/strong> kako bi <strong>odr\u017eavali stanice<\/strong> tkiva na \u017eivotu i zato <strong>ih razgra\u0111uju.<\/strong> Neke su hranjive tvari osjetljivije od drugih, naprimjer <strong>vitamin C.<\/strong> Studija iz 2007. godine navodi da, primjerice, \u0161pinat gubi <strong>cjelokupni sadr\u017eaj vitamina C u 7 dana<\/strong> na sobnoj temperaturi (20 \u00b0C). U usporedbi sa \u0161pinatom, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/tag\/mrkva-hr\/\" class=\"ek-link\">mrkve<\/a><\/strong> bolje podnose sobnu temperaturu jer u tom istom vremenskom periodu gube samo <strong>27 %.<\/strong> U slu\u010daju svje\u017ee varijante, <strong>\u0161pinat<\/strong> je svakako bolje staviti u <strong>hladnjak<\/strong>, pa \u0107ete za 7 dana izgubiti samo <strong>75 %<\/strong> sadr\u017eaja vitamina C. Gubitak <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/vitamin-c-1000-mg-gym-beam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">vitamina C<\/a> u nekim vrstama povr\u0107a i na\u010dini njihovog skladi\u0161tenja dobro su prikazani u tablici iz gornjih istra\u017eivanja. Uz to, prili\u010dno je ra\u0161irena predod\u017eba da se radi o proizvodima ni\u017ee kvalitete. Me\u0111utim, zdrave proizvode mo\u017eete prona\u0107i u zamrziva\u010dima u va\u0161em supermarketu, a evo pet razloga da uzmete njihovu smrznutu varijantu u obzir. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[1] [2] [7]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mogu biti hranjivi koliko i svje\u017ea varijanta<\/strong> &#8211; postupak smrzavanja ne uni\u0161tava sve hranjive sastojke u vo\u0107u ili povr\u0107u. Sadr\u017eaj hranjivih sastojaka mo\u017ee se smanjiti i kod svje\u017eih i kod smrznutih proizvoda, dok \u0107e u nekim slu\u010dajevima zamrzavanje osigurati<strong> manje zna\u010dajno smanjenje<\/strong>. Ako se smrznuti proizvod \u010duva dulje vrijeme, neke se hranjive tvari mogu razgraditi. Ovaj postupak mo\u017ee zapo\u010deti s nekim hranjivim tvarima ako se \u010duvaju<strong> dulje od godinu dana.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Imaju vremena za sazrijevanje<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>prije sazrijevanja<\/strong> sakupi se nekoliko<strong> svje\u017eih proizvoda<\/strong>, jer oni \u010desto putuju na na\u0161e tezge iz potpuno drugog dijela svijeta. Ve\u0107ina <strong>smrznutih proizvoda<\/strong> prera\u0111uje se <strong>odmah nakon berbe<\/strong>, tako da <strong>imaju vremena sazreti<\/strong> i zadr\u017eati vitamine, minerale ili antioksidanse. Me\u0111utim, to nije pravilo, jer vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e mo\u017ee sintetizirati hranjive sastojke \u010dak i nakon berbe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jednostavniji je izbor<\/strong> &#8211; imate li \u017eelju za <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/tag\/maline-hr\/\" class=\"ek-link\">malinama<\/a> ili borovnicama, ali ne \u017eelite i\u0107i u trgovinu? Pogledajte u svoj zamrziva\u010d. Smrznuto povr\u0107e i vo\u0107e <strong>uvijek su vam pri ruci<\/strong> i ne morate se mu\u010diti tra\u017ee\u0107i svje\u017ee varijante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ne sadr\u017ee aditive<\/strong> &#8211; najbolje je <strong>uvijek provjeriti sastojke,<\/strong> ali pronalazak povr\u0107a ili vo\u0107a <strong>bez aditiva<\/strong> nije takav problem. <strong>Zamrzavanje<\/strong> samo po sebi <strong>\u010duva<\/strong>, tako da vam ne trebaju drugi isporu\u010deni konzervansi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spre\u010dava \u0161irenje mikroorganizama<\/strong> &#8211; patogene bakterije i drugi mikroorganizmi mogu se<strong> razmno\u017eavati na hrani<\/strong> i uzrokovati njezinu <strong>toksi\u010dnost.<\/strong> Trovanje hranom ozbiljna je stvar, pa je neophodno <strong>sprije\u010diti \u0161irenje patogena<\/strong> koji proizvode toksine. Dr\u017eanje hrane u zamrziva\u010du u sigurnosnom smislu je bolje od hladnjaka. Uobi\u010dajena temperatura u zamrziva\u010du je <strong>-18 \u00b0C,<\/strong> a u hladnjaku <strong>4 \u00b0C<\/strong>, a \u010dak je i u hladnjaku mogu\u0107e da se \u0161ire neke &#8220;lo\u0161e&#8221; bakterije.
