Meanwhile, mix <strong>the <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flours\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"flour (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">flour<\/a><\/strong> with <strong>salt, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-thyme-sonnentor.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"thyme (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">thyme<\/a><\/strong> and grated <strong>Parmesan<\/strong> in a larger bowl. Then pour the <strong>sourdough, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/oils\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"oil (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">oil<\/a>, curd<\/strong> to the bowl and knead a uniform and rather <strong>non-sticky dough.<\/strong> Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it <strong>rise<\/strong> in a warm place for about <strong>1 hour.<\/strong> When the dough has risen, <strong>roll it out<\/strong> on a board covered with flour, so that it&#8217;s approximately <strong>1.5 cm<\/strong> thick. Start <strong>cutting out<\/strong> <strong>individual scones<\/strong> from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let them <strong>rise<\/strong> a little more on the tray for at least another <strong>15 minutes.<\/strong> Finally, <strong>brush<\/strong> them with <strong>egg wash,<\/strong> sprinkle with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/black-sesame-green-apotheke.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"sesame (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">sesame<\/a><\/strong> <strong>seeds<\/strong> and a few grains of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/pink-himalayan-salt-fine-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"salt (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">salt<\/a>.<\/strong> Bake the scones at the temperature <strong>of 180 \u00b0C<\/strong> <strong>until golden brown<\/strong>, i.e. for about <strong>10-15 minutes<\/strong> depending on their size. The scones can be served immediately after baking.
