Osnovni utjecaj na funkciju imunosnog sustava imaju i <strong>mikroorganizmi,<\/strong> a njihova neravnote\u017ea mo\u017ee <strong>oslabiti \u010dovjekovu otpornost.<\/strong> Naporni treninzi <strong>iscrpljuju tijelo<\/strong> koje je zatim <strong>sklono<\/strong> bakterijskim ili virusnim <strong>infekcijama<\/strong>. Upravo iz tog razloga su <strong>probiotici va\u017eni<\/strong> za svakog \u010dovjeka, ali nekad su potrebni i <strong>sporta\u0161ima.<\/strong> Saznajte \u0161to su to <strong>probiotici<\/strong> te kakvi <strong>benefiti<\/strong> proizlaze iz njihovog kori\u0161tenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">Mikroorganizmi i ljudsko tijelo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vjerojatno vas ne\u0107e iznenaditi to da su <strong>mikrobi<\/strong> vrlo va\u017eni za ljudski organizam. Za fermentaciju se koriste <strong>mikroorganizmi<\/strong> koji mogu <strong>promijeniti<\/strong> <strong>ugljikohidrate u kiseline i alkohol.<\/strong> Fermentirane namirnice su uvr\u0161tene me\u0111u probiotike jer za vrijeme ovog procesa dolazi do <strong>rasta korisnih bakterija.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[21]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Fermentacija, mo\u010denje ili klijanje sjemenki, gomolja i zrna uzrokuje i <strong>eliminaciju antinutrijenata.<\/strong> Radi se o spojevima koji <strong>smanjuju apsorpciju nutrijenata<\/strong> iz prehrane, a njima pripadaju<strong> fitati, tanini <\/strong>i<strong> lektini.<\/strong> Rezultat je <strong>ve\u0107a kvaliteta hrane<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[20] [22]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bolje je probavljiva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ima ve\u0107i udio bjelan\u010devina i minerala<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">Najpoznatije vrste probiotika<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoje razni rodovi bakterija koje je mogu\u0107e uvrstiti me\u0111u probiotike. <strong>Proizvo\u0111a\u010di<\/strong> \u010desto ozna\u010davaju&nbsp;<a title=\"Probioten - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/probioten-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">probiotike<\/a>&nbsp;u proizvodima kao<strong> &#8220;aktivne kulture&#8221;<\/strong> ili <strong>&#8220;\u017eive kulture&#8221;.<\/strong> Me\u0111u najpoznatije pripadaju&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5] [6] [7] [8 [9]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Lactobacillus<\/strong> &#8211; vjerojatno najpoznatije pleme bakterija koje se nalazi u <strong>fermentiranim jelima i jogurtima.<\/strong> Ovdje pripada nekoliko vrsta laktobacila, na primjer&nbsp;<strong>Acidophilus, Acidophilus Bifidus&nbsp;<\/strong>i&nbsp;<strong>L. Casei Immunitas.&nbsp;<\/strong>Prirodno se pojavljuju u na\u0161em sustavu za<strong>&nbsp;probavu, izlu\u010divanje i razmno\u017eavanje.<\/strong> Mogu biti blagotvorni kod <strong>boli u trbuhu, kod zatvora, proljeva <\/strong>i<strong> peludne groznice,<\/strong> a imaju zna\u010daj i za ljude s intolerancijom na laktozu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Bifidobacterium<\/strong> &#8211; radi se o skupini bakterija koje nalazimo u <strong>mlije\u010dnim proizvodima,<\/strong> a u tijelu \u017eive u <strong>\u017eelucu i crijevima.<\/strong> Znanstvenici su otkrili skoro <strong>50 vrsta<\/strong> ove bakterije, pri \u010demu se pretpostavlja kako svaka od njih ima druga\u010diju funkciju i zna\u010daj za zdravlje. Iako su vrlo va\u017ene, tvore manje od <strong>10% bakterijskog dijela<\/strong> crijevnog mikrobioma. Me\u0111u njihove glavne funkcije pripadaju <strong>probavljanje vlakana<\/strong> i drugih<strong> kompleksnih ugljikohidrata<\/strong> koje organizam ne mo\u017ee probaviti sam. Njihova pojava u tijelu koristi i u borbi sa <strong>sindromom iritiraju\u0107eg crijeva<\/strong> i drugih oboljenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
