Die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln mit Grillpfeffer, Basilikum und Salz w\u00fcrzen, leicht mit <a class=\"ek-link\" title=\"Spray for Cooking Olive Oil Cooking Spray 201 g - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/olivenol-kochspray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Oliven\u00f6l<\/a> bespr\u00fchen und in den vorgeheizten Ofen geben. Bei <strong>180 \u00b0C<\/strong> etwa <strong>25 Minuten<\/strong> backen, bis die <strong>S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln weich<\/strong> sind. Entferne in der Zwischenzeit mit Papiert\u00fcchern <strong>so viel Wasser wie m\u00f6glich aus dem Tofu,<\/strong> damit er nach dem Backen knusprig wird. Anschlie\u00dfend den Tofu in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und mit Salz oder Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Gib etwas Oliven\u00f6l in die Pfanne und <strong>brate<\/strong> die Tofuw\u00fcrfel zusammen mit den Cashewn\u00fcssen <strong>knusprig<\/strong> an. F\u00fcge Spinat hinzu, <strong>bevor<\/strong> du ihn <strong>beiseite stellst.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann den Brokkoli gut waschen,<strong> in R\u00f6schen teilen<\/strong> und \u00fcber einem Topf mit Wasser <strong>d\u00e4mpfen<\/strong>, bis er weich wird.
