Season the sweet potatoes with barbecue pepper, basil, salt, lightly spray them with <a title=\"Olive Oil Cooking Spray 201 g - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/olive-oil-cooking-spray-201-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">olive oil<\/a> and place them into a pre-heated oven. Bake at<strong> 180\u00b0C<\/strong> for approximately <strong>25 minutes<\/strong> until the <strong>sweet potatoes soften<\/strong>. Meanwhile, use paper towels to <strong>remove as much water from the tofu as possible<\/strong> which will make it crisp after baking. Then cut the tofu into small cubes and season it with salt or pepper. Add some olive oil onto the frying pan and <strong>fry<\/strong> the tofu cubes together with the <a title=\"Cashew nuts - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/cashew-nuts-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">cashew nuts<\/a> <strong>until crispy<\/strong>. Add spinach just <strong>before setting it aside<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Then wash the broccoli well, <strong>divide it into florets&nbsp;<\/strong>and <strong>steam<\/strong> over a pot of water until it <strong>softens<\/strong>. Steamed broccoli retains not only its flavour, but also its beautiful <strong>saturated colour<\/strong>. When the broccoli is ready, cut it into small pieces and <strong>add to the tofu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You can prepare dressing by <strong>mixing<\/strong> honey, lemon juice and <a title=\"Cashew butter - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/cashew-butter-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">cashew butter<\/a>. To achieve the desired consistency, gradually add water and mix. Dressing should be neither very thin, nor too thick. Finally, add also baked sweet potatoes to the pan with tofu, about <strong>2\/3 of dressing<\/strong> and mix well. Serve the <strong>sweet potato bowl <\/strong>warm and poured with the remaining dressing.
