Dann <strong>gr\u00fcndlich verr\u00fchren,<\/strong> mit einem sauberen Tuch abdecken und an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nachdem der Teig gegangen ist, lege ihn auf eine bemehlte Arbeitsfl\u00e4che, <strong>schneide<\/strong> ihn <strong>in 7 gleiche Teile<\/strong> und forme Br\u00f6tchen daraus. Um die perfekte Br\u00f6tchenform zu erhalten, forme den Teig zu einem Pfannkuchen, lege die R\u00e4nder nach innen, sodass eine runde Form entsteht, und drehe den Teig um. Die gefalteten R\u00e4nder bilden den Boden des Br\u00f6tchens. Lege die geformten <strong>Br\u00f6tchen auf<\/strong> ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes <strong>Backblech<\/strong> und <strong>lasse sie weitere 15 Minuten ruhen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/zemle_recept-min.png\" alt=\"Die Zubereitung der Br\u00f6tchen\" title=\"Die Zubereitung der Br\u00f6tchen\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Danach die Oberfl\u00e4che des <strong>Br\u00f6tchens mit Eigelb,<\/strong> welches wir mit etwas <a class=\"ek-link\" title=\"Olive oil Cooking Spray - Dann den <strong>gepressten Knoblauch, die fein gehackten getrockneten Tomaten und die abgesp\u00fclten Kichererbsen<\/strong> dazugeben. Das Ganze kurz anr\u00f6sten und dann von der Flamme nehmen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Zucchini fein reiben und zusammen mit allen <strong>Gew\u00fcrzen, Salz, gehackten Kr\u00e4utern, <a class=\"ek-link\" title=\"Cashew Butter - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/cashew-butter-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cashewbutter<\/a> und Dinkelmehl<\/strong> zur abgek\u00fchlten Kichererbsenmischung geben. Alles zusammen mit einem Stabmixer zu einer gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Masse <strong>verr\u00fchren.<\/strong> Den Kichererbsenteig <strong>in 4 gleich<\/strong> gro\u00dfe <strong>Teile<\/strong> <strong>teilen<\/strong> und mit nassen H\u00e4nden Patties formen. Man sollte in etwa den Durchmesser der Br\u00f6tchen erreichen.
