Vse dobro zme\u0161amo, dokler ne dobimo enotnega in <strong>gladkega testa.<\/strong> Nato pripravimo silikonske kalupe za krofe in testo dodajamo postopoma. \u010ce nimamo kalupov za krofe, lahko uporabimo tudi kalupe za muffine. Testo damo v segreto pe\u010dico in <strong>pe\u010demo cca. 10 minut pri 175 \u00b0 C do zlato rjave barve.<\/strong> Kon\u010dane krofe pustimo nekaj \u010dasa, da se ohladijo in jih previdno odstranimo iz kalupov.
