Iako su obje kori\u0161tene u <strong>medicinske svrhe,<\/strong> razlikuju se u svojem sastavu. Biljke konoplje sadr\u017ee takozvane <strong>kanabinoide,<\/strong> a najpoznatiji je<strong>&nbsp;tetrahidrokanabinol (THC)<\/strong> koji je odgovoran za specifi\u010dna stanja euforije. Dok se indijska konoplja uzgaja radi <strong>visokog sadr\u017eaja THC,&nbsp;industrijska konoplja<\/strong> sadr\u017ei samo <strong>malu koli\u010dinu<\/strong> ovog kanabinoida. Prema drugim istra\u017eivanjima iz <strong>2006. i 2010<\/strong>. godine u proteinu konoplje nalazi se samo <strong>mali sadr\u017eaj aminokiseline lizin,<\/strong> \u0161to smanjuje cjelokupnu kvalitetu proteina. U <strong>30 grama proteina konoplje<\/strong>&nbsp;nalazi se <strong>7 &#8211; 8 g vlakana,<\/strong> \u0161to iznosi <strong>18 &#8211; 28 % preporu\u010denog dnevnog unosa.<\/strong> Njezin sadr\u017eaj se razlikuje prema tome je li proizveden od <strong>oguljenih ili neoguljenih<\/strong> sjemenki konoplje. <strong>Vlakna<\/strong> su va\u017ean dio prehrane, i to unato\u010d tome \u0161to ih <strong>probavni sistem<\/strong> te\u0161ko mo\u017ee<strong> probaviti.<\/strong> Spre\u010dava nastanak <strong>sr\u010danih oboljenja,<\/strong> pobolj\u0161ava stanje <strong>probavnog sustava<\/strong> i zna\u010dajan je i kod <strong>regulacije tjelesne mase.<\/strong> Konzumacija proteina konoplje je <strong>dvostruko dobro<\/strong> zahvaljuju\u0107i vlaknima jer \u0107ete njima nadopuniti potrebne<strong> bjelan\u010devine i vlakna istovremeno.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5] [10]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Nizak sadr\u017eaj antinutrijenata<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Antinutrijenti<\/strong> su dio mnogih biljaka jer su <strong>prirodna obrana <\/strong>od <strong>bakterijskih infekcija <\/strong>te <strong>ptica i kukaca.<\/strong> Prisutnost antinutrijenata mo\u017eete na\u0107i u <strong>\u017eitaricama, ora\u0161astim plodovima <\/strong>i <strong>mahunarkama.<\/strong> Antinutrijenti su <strong>problemati\u010dna komponenta<\/strong> za \u010dovjeka jer hranu \u010dine<strong> te\u0161ko probavljivom,<\/strong> a istovremeno <strong>spre\u010davaju apsorpciju minerala i vitamina.<\/strong> Me\u0111u antinutrijente spadaju i <strong>fitinska kiselina i tanini<\/strong> koji se nalaze u proteinu <strong>gra\u0161ka, <\/strong>a mogu\u0107e i u <strong>sojinom proteinu.<\/strong> Fitinska kiselina blokira <strong>apsorpciju \u017eeljeza, kalcija, cinka <\/strong>i <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/magnezij\" class=\"ek-link\">magnezija<\/a>,<\/strong> a tanini smanjuju apsorpciju \u017eeljeza. <strong>Protein konoplje<\/strong> karakteristi\u010dan je po <strong>niskoj koli\u010dini<\/strong> <strong>navedenih antinutrijenata,<\/strong> a zahvaljuju\u0107i tome je bolji izvor minerala. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[11] <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/v_hody_konopn_ho_prote_nu.jpg\" alt=\"Nizak sadr\u017eaj antinutrijenata\" width=\"843\" height=\"562\" title=\"Nizak sadr\u017eaj antinutrijenata\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Nezasi\u0107ene masti, minerali i antioksidansi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Protein konoplje se proizvodi iz sjemenki koje su bile zgnje\u010dene radi dobivanja konopljinog ulja. I poslije<strong> gnje\u010denja,<\/strong> sjemenke i dalje imaju <strong>10 %<\/strong> izvornog <strong>sadr\u017eaja masti.<\/strong> 80 % sadr\u017eaja masti u proteinu konoplje su <strong>polinezasi\u0107ene masti,<\/strong> a u dozi od <strong>30 g<\/strong> proteina, unijet \u0107ete otprilike<strong> 3 g masti.<\/strong> U njima mo\u017eete na\u0107i <strong>omega-3 i omega-6 masne kiseline,<\/strong> na primjer <strong>alfa-linolensku (ALA) <\/strong>i <strong>gama-linolensku kiselinu (GLA).<\/strong> Omega-6 i omega-3 se u proteinu konoplje nalaze u <strong>omjeru 3:1,<\/strong> \u0161to je vrlo blagotvorno za zdravlje jer je tzv. &#8220;zapadni&#8221; na\u010din prehrane neuravnote\u017een omjer 15:1. Ovaj omjer je u korelaciji s mnogobrojnim kroni\u010dnim oboljenjima, ali zahvaljuju\u0107i njegovom kori\u0161tenju pobolj\u0161at \u0107ete i svoje cjelokupno zdravstveno stanje.
