To so bili prvi ljudje, ki so <strong>pra\u017eene ara\u0161ide predelali v pasto<\/strong>, ki pa se \u0161e vedno bistveno razlikuje od dana\u0161njega masla. Bayleja, poslovne\u017ea, \u010digar donosni na\u010drt se je po navedbah ve\u010d virov rodil po sre\u010danju z <strong>Johnom Harveyjem Kellogom, slavnim o\u010detom ara\u0161idovega masla.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kellog je lastni recept patentiral leta 1895. Kot zdravnik je <strong>bolnikom, ki niso mogli u\u017eivati trdne hrane<\/strong>, predpisal ara\u0161idovo maslo, trdno prepri\u010dan, da je <strong>pravilna prehrana<\/strong> <strong>klju\u010d do njihovega zdravja<\/strong>. Na 100 g obi\u010dajno vsebuje:&nbsp;<strong>vitamin E (9 mg), vitamin B3 (13,4 mg), vitamin B6 (0,5 mg), magnezij (154 mg), fosfor (358 mg), cink (2,9 mg) <\/strong>in<strong> mangan 1,5 mg.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[22]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri zau\u017eitju obroka tipi\u010dne velikosti ne pozabite tudi na koli\u010dino nasi\u010denih ma\u0161\u010dob. Po podatkih SZO <strong>naj bi nasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobe predstavljale le pribli\u017eno 10% celotnega vnosa kalorij<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Te v glavnem najdemo v \u017eivalskih proizvodih, na primer v prekajenem mesu, maslu ali drugih mastnih mle\u010dnih izdelkih, \u010deprav jih lahko najdemo tudi v rastlinskih proizvodih, kot je na primer kokosova mast. SZO priporo\u010da, da jih zau\u017eijete najve\u010d 22 g na dan. Organizacija American Heart Association pa zavzema veliko bolj strogo stali\u0161\u010de in <strong>to \u0161tevilo omejuje na 13 g.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomembno pa je omeniti, da tako kot pri vsaki hrani moramo tudi <strong>na njeno vsebino gledati kot na celoto.<\/strong>&nbsp; Samo zato, ker izdelek vsebuje nasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobe, \u0161e ne pomeni, da \u0161koduje va\u0161emu zdravju.
