sarcinii<\/strong>, deoarece <strong>previne malforma\u021biile congenitale la nivelul creierului \u0219i al coloanei vertebrale.<\/strong> Malforma\u021biile congenitale ale bebelu\u0219ului apar \u00een primul trimestru, mai exact \u00een primele <strong>3-4 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de sarcin\u0103.<\/strong> Din acest motiv, este important s\u0103 lua\u021bi acid folic <strong>nu numai Este important s\u0103 <strong>reduce\u021bi<\/strong> <strong>riscul<\/strong> poten\u021bial de <strong>malforma\u021bii la inim\u0103, despic\u0103turi ale v\u0103lului palatin<\/strong> sau <strong>de na\u0219tere prematur\u0103<\/strong>. Prin urmare, utilizarea acidului folic este util\u0103 pentru prevenirea mai multor complica\u021bii asociate cu dezvoltarea optim\u0103 a f\u0103tului.
