N\u00e1zor na <strong>jejich postaven\u00ed v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku se v historii \u010dasto m\u011bnil. N\u011bkolik dek\u00e1d byla vejce pova\u017eov\u00e1na za nevhodnou potravinu, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee snad za v\u0161echny srde\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edhody a ucpan\u00e9 c\u00e9vy. <\/strong>Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed s t\u00edm, jak postupovala v\u011bda a znalosti o p\u016fsoben\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch slo\u017eek potravin, se odborn\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost za\u010dala v\u00edce p\u0159ikl\u00e1n\u011bt k tomu, \u017ee j\u00edst vejce <strong>m\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e blahod\u00e1rn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky pro organismus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro posouzen\u00ed vhodnosti za\u0159azen\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 potraviny do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku v\u017edy<strong> ale z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na celkov\u00e9m kontextu<\/strong> <strong>v r\u00e1mci \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu jednotlivce<\/strong>. Co\u017e z nich d\u011bl\u00e1 velice efektivn\u00ed n\u00e1stroj pro budov\u00e1n\u00ed svalov\u00e9 hmoty a jin\u00fdch t\u011blesn\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed.
