Tako kot takrat, ko ste odkrili usahlo, \u017ealostno solato ali kak\u0161en koriander, pozabljeni jogurt, ki je skoraj sam zapustil hladilnik, ali moko, v kateri se je rodilo novo \u017eivljenje? V\u010dasih se za nepotrebnim metanjem hrane v smeti skriva <strong>pozabljivost<\/strong>, v\u010dasih med nakupovanjem <strong>napa\u010dno precenimo koli\u010dino<\/strong>, pogosto pa je gre tudi za posledico <strong>neustreznega shranjevanja<\/strong>, kar skraj\u0161a &#8220;\u017eivljenjsko dobo&#8221; \u017eivil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Morda sploh ne veste, da pri shranjevanju \u017eivil <strong>delate kaj narobe<\/strong>, morda pa paradi\u017enik \u0161e vedno hranite v hladilniku. Dotaknili se bomo tudi tega vpra\u0161anja in vam predstavili <strong>preprost vodnik po primernem shranjevanju \u017eivil<\/strong>, da bo va\u0161a hrana \u010dim dlje ostala v dobrem stanju. Tako vam nikoli ve\u010d ne bo treba zavre\u010di tistih dragocenih borovnic, ki so dobile nov premaz v obliki plesni. Glede na raziskave ljudje mislijo, da v smeti vr\u017eejo veliko manj hrane kot dejansko. Na svetovni ravni se pribli\u017eno <strong>1\/3<\/strong> pridelane hrane <strong>nikoli ne uporabi v kuhinji<\/strong>. Ta koli\u010dina bi nahranila pribli\u017eno 3 milijarde ljudi. Povpre\u010den Evropejec vsako leto zavr\u017ee med 96 in 115 kg hrane. Posledice tak\u0161nega ravnanja s hrano vplivajo na pove\u010dano proizvodnjo vode, energije in toplogrednih plinov, kar za planet ni dobro. Upo\u0161tevajte rok trajanja<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eden od vzrokov za nepotrebno metanje hrane v smeti je, da veliko ljudi ne pozna razlike med izrazoma <strong>&#8220;porabiti do&#8221;<\/strong> in <strong>&#8220;uporabno najmanj do&#8221;<\/strong>. Torej v smeti roma tudi hrana, ki bi jo \u0161e lahko uporabili. Izraz &#8220;uporabiti do&#8221; je pogost pri sve\u017eih proizvodih, kot so meso ali mle\u010dni izdelki. Lo\u010dite sve\u017eo in predelano hrano<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To \u0161e posebej velja v hladilniku, kjer bi morali imeti <strong>lo\u010deno shranjene pripravljene posode kuhane hrane in sve\u017eih izdelkov<\/strong>, iz katerih boste kasneje pripravili kompleksen obrok. Prostor za nepredelano sve\u017eo hrano naj bo <strong>na dnu hladilnika<\/strong>, tako da se na primer ne zgodi, da za\u010dne sok surovega mesa od zgoraj kapljati na drugo hrano. Bodite \u0161e posebej previdni pri \u017eivilih z visokim tveganjem<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na splo\u0161no \u017eivila z visokim tveganjem vklju\u010dujejo \u017eivila, ki vsebujejo <strong>visok dele\u017e beljakovin<\/strong>. Na primer meso, mesni izdelki, ribe, morski sade\u017ei, mle\u010dni izdelki in jajca. Hranite jih <strong>pri nizkih temperaturah pod 5 \u00b0C<\/strong>.
