Posljedice masivnog uzgoja \u017eivotinja ne moraju se posebno prikazati. U posljednje vrijeme, insekti i kukci se \u010desto spominju kao nova mogu\u0107a alternativa za pobolj\u0161anje odr\u017eivosti planete. Je li ovo budu\u0107nost na koju se moramo pripremiti? Otprilike <strong>2000 vrsta insekata<\/strong> je ve\u0107 konzumirana u<strong> 113 zemalja \u0161irom svijeta,<\/strong> a izvorne kulture u <strong>Africi, Aziji<\/strong> i <strong>Ju\u017enoj Americi<\/strong> ve\u0107 <strong>stolje\u0107ima<\/strong> konzumiraju <strong>neke vrste<\/strong> insekata.&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Konzumacija <\/strong>kukaca ili <strong>insekata<\/strong> nije ni\u0161ta novo, a za to postoji i <strong>slu\u017ebeni izraz<\/strong> &#8211; <em><strong>entomofagija<\/strong><\/em>. Cilj \u010dlanka nije <strong>&#8220;navu\u0107i vas&#8221; na pe\u010dene cvr\u010dke<\/strong>, ve\u0107 pru\u017eiti informacije iz cijelog svijeta. Mnogi od vas imaju problema s konzumiranjem odre\u0111ene hrane, koju bi drugi ljudi mogli smatrati delikatesom. Na primjer, poput sushi-a ili morskih plodova, da li ih volite ili ih uop\u0107e ne podnosite? Hrana je tako\u0111er podlo\u017ena trendovima, a postoji i nekoliko primjera. Danas je <strong>jastog<\/strong>&nbsp;tra\u017eena i prili\u010dno luksuzna delikatesa, ali <strong>nekad<\/strong> ga je konzumiralo<strong>&nbsp;siroma\u0161no stanovni\u0161tvo<\/strong> i smatran je&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;morskim \u017eoharom&#8221;<\/strong>. Sigurno \u0107ete se sjetiti neke hrane koja je u odre\u0111eno vrijeme bila popularna. U SAD-u je talijanska kuhinja bila &#8220;in&#8221; 1950-ih, meksi\u010dka kuhinja 1970-ih, 1990-te su bile posve\u0107ene sushi-u.&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovime vam samo \u017eelimo re\u0107i, da odre\u0111eni dio prehrane koja je popularna u va\u0161oj regiji, mo\u017ee biti odvratna drugim kulturama. <strong>U Meksiku, Laosu<\/strong> ili <strong>Europi, <em>escamoli<\/em><\/strong> se smatraju gurmanskom <strong>delicijom<\/strong>, zvu\u010di sli\u010dno kao <em>guacamole<\/em>, ali zapravo se radi o <strong>jaja\u0161cima mravi<\/strong>. Na tr\u017enici <strong>u Bangkoku<\/strong> mo\u017eete prona\u0107i <strong>164 vrste insekata<\/strong>. Cvr\u010dci<\/strong> sadr\u017ee spomenuto&nbsp;<strong>\u017eeljezo, kalcij, B12, omega-3<\/strong>, ali osim toga, izuzetni su zbog jo\u0161 jedne svari &#8211; oni su <strong>punovrijedan izvor proteina.<\/strong> To zna\u010di da sadr\u017ee <strong>svih 9 esencijalnih aminokiselina<\/strong>, koje na\u0161e tijelo ne mo\u017ee proizvesti samo, te ih moramo unositi putem prehrane.
