Njena priljubljenost \u0161e naprej raste, ker kurkuma ne daje le <strong>barve in okusa<\/strong> hrani, temve\u010d \u010dlove\u0161kemu telesu zagotavlja tudi <strong>antioksidante<\/strong>. Kurkuma vpliva na telo na ve\u010d podro\u010djih, zato je dobro poznati njene <strong>koristi ne samo v kuhinji, ampak tudi na podro\u010dju zdravja.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kaj_je_kurkuma\"><\/span>Kaj je kurkuma?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">\u010ce ste \u017ee kdaj videli <strong>korenino kurkume<\/strong>, ne le njeno obliko pra\u0161ka, boste zagotovo opazili <strong>podobnosti z ingverjevo korenino<\/strong>. To sploh ni naklju\u010dje, saj <strong>kurkuma (<em>Curcuma longa<\/em>)<\/strong> spada v <strong>isto dru\u017eino Zingiberaceae<\/strong>. V tropskih regijah Azije jo gojijo zaradi <strong>korenine<\/strong>, ki je bila \u017ee od anti\u010dnih \u010dasov znana kot <strong>barvilo ali za\u010dimba<\/strong>. \u010clove\u0161tvo jo uporablja \u017ee pribli\u017eno <strong>4000 let<\/strong> in svoje mesto je na\u0161la tudi v <strong>kitajski in ajurvedski tradicionalni medicini.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [2] [3]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span lang=\"SL\">Kurkuma<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"SL\"> je najbolj znana po uporabi v <strong>azijski kuhinji<\/strong>, kjer je <strong>del karijeve me\u0161anice<\/strong>. Vendar pa je tudi sestavina masla, sira ali gor\u010dice. <strong>Odlikuje jo grenak okus<\/strong>, za\u010dinjena aroma in izrazito rumena barva, <strong>za to pa seveda poskrbi njena prav posebna sestavina &#8211; kurkumin. <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [4]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span lang=\"SL\">Kurkumin je polifenol,<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"SL\"> kemi\u010dno ozna\u010den kot <strong><em>diferuloylmethane<\/em><\/strong>, in je glavna <strong>bioaktivna sestavina kurkume<\/strong>. Dokazano je, da deluje na celi\u010dni ravni v \u010dlove\u0161kem telesu in vpliva na <strong>ve\u010d signalnih molekul<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/kurkumin-vitamin-e-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Kurkumin<\/span><\/a> ima <strong>protivnetne lastnosti<\/strong> in lahko pove\u010da <strong>vsebnost antioksidantov<\/strong>, ki so potrebni za boj proti oksidativnemu stresu. Je pomembna sestavina kurkume, vendar je njegova vsebnost v rastlini <strong>le pribli\u017eno 3%<\/strong>. \u0160tevilne \u0161tudije, ki so raziskovale u\u010dinek kurkume, so uporabile izvle\u010dek, ki vsebuje predvsem kurkumin. Celovitega u\u010dinka kurkumina ne moremo dose\u010di z njegovo uporabo v prehrani, ampak <strong>s prehranskimi dodatki z visoko vsebnostjo kurkumina<\/strong>. Drugo pomembno dejstvo je slaba absorpcija kurkumina. Protivnetni u\u010dinki<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span lang=\"SL\">Vnetje<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"SL\"> je reakcija <strong>imunskega sistema<\/strong> na prisotnost \u0161kodljivih snovi v \u010dlove\u0161kem telesu. Vnetje na splo\u0161no velja za <strong>neza\u017eelen pojav<\/strong>. Da, res je, toda brez vnetja se telo ne bi moglo boriti s patogeni. <strong>Kratkotrajna vnetja, ki pomagajo premagovati te\u017eave, v bistvu ne morejo biti te\u017eava<\/strong>. Glede na rezultate je <strong>prava koli\u010dina kurkumina koristen borec proti vnetjem<\/strong>, celo bolj\u0161i od <strong>obi\u010dajnih protivnetnih sredstev<\/strong>, kot sta na primer aspirin ali ibuprofen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Raziskave so celo pokazale, da imata aspirin in ibuprofen <strong>najmanj\u0161i protivnetni u\u010dinek med preskusnimi snovmi<\/strong>. Med snovmi z najbolj\u0161imi protivnetnimi lastnostmi sta bila <strong>kurkumin ali<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/resveratrol-vege-ostrovit.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>resveratrol<\/strong><\/a> (sestavina rde\u010dega grozdja). <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[11] [12] [13]<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span lang=\"SL\">Kroni\u010dna vnetja<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"SL\"> oslabijo imunski sistem in prispevajo h kroni\u010dnim boleznim, vendar je kurkumin lahko koristen pri zdravljenju <strong>artritisa ali pankreatitisa<\/strong>. Antioksidativni u\u010dinki<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Hrana in splo\u0161ne snovi, ki so u\u010dinkovite proti prostim radikalom, imajo <strong>antioksidativne u\u010dinke.<\/strong> Ti nestabilni atomi po\u0161kodujejo \u010dlove\u0161ke celice in povzro\u010dajo bolezni ali staranje. <strong>Prosti radikali naravno nastajajo<\/strong> v \u010dlove\u0161kem telesu in sposobnost telesa, da se bori proti njim, se izgublja skupaj s starostjo, kar <strong>vodi v degenerativne procese in staranje telesa<\/strong>. Rezultati ka\u017eejo, da je kurkuma naravni antioksidant zaradi svoje dejavnosti v boju proti prostim radikalom in visoke vsebnosti flavonoidov, polifenolov, taninov ali askorbinske kisline. <strong>Naravni viri antioksidantov so odli\u010dna alternativa za antioksidante v obliki komercialnih aditivov za \u017eivila<\/strong>. Podpora za mo\u017eganske aktivnosti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">V preteklosti je veljalo splo\u0161no prepri\u010danje, da se mo\u017eganske celice razmno\u017eujejo v zgodnjem otro\u0161tvu. <strong>Nevroni<\/strong> pa <strong>lahko tvorijo nove povezave<\/strong> in tudi pove\u010dajo njihovo \u0161tevilo zahvaljujo\u010d beljakovinam, ki izhajajo iz <strong>mo\u017eganskega nevrotrofi\u010dnega faktorja (BDNF)<\/strong>. Zmanj\u0161anje sr\u010dnih bolezni<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span lang=\"SL\">Kroni\u010dno vnetje telesa<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"SL\"> je povezano s pojavom <strong>sr\u010dnih bolezni<\/strong>, ki so <strong>na prvem mestu po \u0161tevilu povzro\u010denih smrti na svetu<\/strong>.
