Njena popularnost i dalje raste, jer kurkuma ne daje hrani samo<strong> boju i okus<\/strong>, nego je bogata i <strong>antioksidansima<\/strong>, potrebnim ljudskom tijelu. Kurkuma utje\u010de na tijelo u nekoliko podru\u010dja, stoga je korisno znati koje su to njezine <strong>prednosti, ne samo u kuhinji, ve\u0107 i za zdravlje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_je_kurkuma\"><\/span>\u0160to je kurkuma?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste ikada vidjeli <strong>korijen kurkume<\/strong>, a ne samo njen oblik u prahu, primijetit \u0107ete da ima <strong>sli\u010dan oblik korijenu \u0111umbira<\/strong>. To uop\u0107e nije slu\u010dajnost, jer<strong> kurkuma (Curcuma longa)<\/strong> pripada <strong>isto porodici Zingiberaceae<\/strong>. Uzgaja se u tropskim podru\u010djima Azije, zbog svog <strong>korijena<\/strong> ili rizoma,te je od davnina poznata kao <strong>bojilo ili za\u010din<\/strong>. \u010covje\u010danstvo je koristi ve\u0107 oko <strong>4.000 godina<\/strong> i ima svoje mjesto u <strong>kineskoj i ajurvedskoj medicini.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [2] [3]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kurkuma<\/strong> je najpoznatija po svojoj upotrebi u <strong>azijskoj kuhinji. Jedan je od sastojaka curry mje\u0161avine. <\/strong>Me\u0111utim, kurkuma se dodaje i u maslac, sir ili senf. <strong>Karakteristi\u010dna je po svom gorkom<\/strong> i pikantnom <strong>okusu<\/strong>, te svojstvenoj \u017eutoj boji,<strong> zbog svoje komponente &#8211; kurkumina.&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [4]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kurkumin je polifenol, <\/strong>kemijski ozna\u010den kao <strong>diferuloilmetani<\/strong> glavni je <strong>bioaktivni sastojak kurkume<\/strong>. Pokazalo se da djeluje na stani\u010dnoj razini u ljudskom tijelu i utje\u010de na <strong>nekoliko signalnih molekula<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" title=\"Kurkumin Softgels - NOW Foods\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/kurkumin-softgels-now-foods.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">Kurkumin<\/a> <\/span>ima <strong>protuupalna svojstva<\/strong> i mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati sadr\u017eaj antioksidansa koji su potrebni za borbu protiv oksidativnog stresa. Va\u017ean je sastojak kurkume, ali zanimljivo je da je udio kurkumina u biljci <strong>samo oko 3%<\/strong>. Mnoga istra\u017eivanja koja su prou\u010davala u\u010dinak kurkume, koristila su ekstrakt koji uglavnom sadr\u017ei kurkumin. Potpuni u\u010dinak kurkumina ne mo\u017ee se posti\u0107i njegovim kori\u0161tenjem u prehrani, ve\u0107 <strong>suplementacijom dodataka prehrani, koji u zna\u010dajnoj mjeri sadr\u017ee kurkumin<\/strong>. Druga va\u017ena \u010dinjenica kurkumina je njegova slaba apsorpcija. Apsorpciju mo\u017eete promaknuti na na\u010din da konzumirate skupa <strong>crni papar i kurkumu<\/strong>. Kurkuma i drugi neprera\u0111eni izvori hrane, uklju\u010duju\u0107i <strong>povr\u0107e i vo\u0107e<\/strong> su od pomo\u0107i kod smanjenja upale u tijelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017ena komponenta kurkume s protuupalnim u\u010dinkom je ve\u0107 spomenuti <strong>kurkumin<\/strong>. <strong>Istra\u017eivanje iz 2004. godine je ispitalo u\u010dinkovitost NSAID-a<\/strong> (Nesteroidnih protuupalnih lijekova) na njihove protuupalne i antiproliferativne u\u010dinke. Prema rezultatima, <strong>prava koli\u010dina kurkumina je koristan borac protiv upale<\/strong>, \u010dak je i bolji nego <strong>klasi\u010dna protuupalna sredstva<\/strong>, poput aspirina ili ibuprofena. Istra\u017eivanje je \u010dak otkrilo da aspirin i ibuprofen imaju<strong> najmanji protuupalni u\u010dinak od testiranih tvari<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111u tvarima s najboljim protuupalnim svojstvima bili su <strong>kurkumin i <a title=\"Natural Resveratrol - NOW Foods\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/resveratrol-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">resveratrol<\/a><\/strong> (komponenta crnog gro\u017e\u0111a).&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[11] [12] [13]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kroni\u010dne upale <\/strong>oslabljuju imunolo\u0161ki sustav i doprinose razvoju kroni\u010dnih bolesti. Kurkumin mo\u017ee biti koristan u lije\u010denju, na primjer, <strong>artritisa ili pankreatitisa<\/strong>. Zaklada za artritis je izvijestila da kurkuma <strong>mo\u017ee smanjiti probleme sa zglobovima<\/strong> kod ljudi koji pate od artritisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tvrtka preporu\u010duje uzimanje kapsula koje sadr\u017ee<strong> 400-600 mg kurkume,<\/strong> 3 puta dnevno za ubla\u017eavanje upale. <strong>Zaklada za artritis<\/strong> daje preporuke koje su povezane s navo\u0111enjem nekoliko znanstvenih istra\u017eivanja, \u010diji rezultati ukazuju na <strong>pozitivan u\u010dinak kurkume.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[11] [14]<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">2.&nbsp;Antioksidativni u\u010dinci&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hrana i cjelokupne hranjive tvari koje su u\u010dinkovite protiv slobodnih radikala imaju<strong> antioksidativne u\u010dinke<\/strong>. Ti nestabilni atomi o\u0161te\u0107uju ljudske stanice i uzrokuju bolest ili starenje.<strong> Slobodni radikali prirodno nastaju<\/strong> u ljudskom tijelu i ljudska sposobnost da se bori protiv njih se smanjuje s porastom godina, \u0161to <strong>dovodi do degenerativnih procesa i starenja tijela<\/strong>. Uz prirodno nastajanje radikala, mi poja\u010davamo njihovo nastajanje u tijelu nepravilnom prehranom, poput <strong>alkohola, pu\u0161enja ili pr\u017eene hrane.&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[15]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a title=\"Kurkumin - NOW Foods\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/kurkumin-now-foods.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Kurkumin<\/span><\/strong><\/a> je <strong>u\u010dinkovit sastojak s antioksidativnim u\u010dinkom u kurkumi<\/strong>, koji tako\u0111er ima sposobnost pokretanja antioksidacijskih enzima u tijelu. <strong>Istra\u017eivanje iz 2017. godine je ispitalo antioksidacijska svojstva kurkumine vode i ekstrakta etanola<\/strong>. Podr\u0161ka za mo\u017edane aktivnosti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U pro\u0161losti je postojalo op\u0107e uvjerenje da se mo\u017edane stanice razmno\u017eavaju samo u ranom djetinjstvu. <strong>Neuroni<\/strong>, me\u0111utim, <strong>mogu formirati nove veze<\/strong> i tako\u0111er pove\u0107ati njihov broj, zahvaljuju\u0107i proteinu <strong>neurotrofi\u010dnog faktora (BDNF) koji poti\u010de iz mozga<\/strong>. Promicanje optimalne razine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Klju\u010dna prednost koju kurkuma ima <\/strong>na tijelo su <strong>njena protuupalna svojstva<\/strong>, ali mo\u017ee biti i korisna za ljude s <strong>predijabetesom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema istra\u017eivanju iz 2012. godine, konzumacija kurkumina u trajanju od 9 mjeseci<strong> imala je pozitivan u\u010dinak na sudionike istra\u017eivanja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon odre\u0111enog vremena, rezultat se usporedio na temelju razvoja bolesti dijabetesa tipa 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>16,4 % sudionika u placebo grupi dijagnosticiran je dijabetes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ni jedan sudionik nije prona\u0111en u kurkumin grupi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz to, rezultati pokazuju da se u kurkumin grupi pobolj\u0161ala funkcija \u03b2 stanica odgovornih za proizvodnju inzulina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nije bilo<strong> \u0161tetnih u\u010dinaka na sudionike u usporedbi s placebo grupom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema rezultatima istra\u017eivanja, ekstrakt kurkumina je siguran i njegova upotreba ima brojne prednosti u<strong> prevenciji dijabetesa<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[9] [17]<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">5. Smanjenje sr\u010danih bolesti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kroni\u010dna upala u tijelu <\/strong>je povezana s pojavom <strong>sr\u010danih bolesti<\/strong>, koje su <strong>u svijetu na prvom mjestu po uzroku smrtnosti<\/strong>. Jedna od prednosti kurkumina je u\u010dinak na endotel, koji je unutarnji sloj krvnih \u017eila. Problemi sa srcem mogu nastati <strong>zbog poreme\u0107aja rada endotela i nedostatka regulacije tlaka.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[10]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kurkumin<\/strong> je bioaktivna komponenta kurkume i njegov u\u010dinak na kardiovaskularne bolesti je priop\u0107en u znanstvenom<strong> istra\u017eivanju iz 2019. godine. Neki dodaci prehrani koji sadr\u017ee 500 mg ekstrakta kurkume, <strong>preporu\u010duju se piti 4 kapsule na dan<\/strong>. Pove\u0107ane doze kurkume<strong> smanjuju krvni tlak i razinu \u0161e\u0107era u krvi<\/strong>, stoga, ljudi koju uzimaju lijekove za dijabetes i krvni tlak trebaju biti oprezni kada uzimaju dodatke prehrani koji sadr\u017ee kurkumu.
