Blend it all together. <strong>The mixture is supposed to be sticky.<\/strong> If it is not sticky enough, add <strong>a little water.<\/strong> Spread the crust mixture and press it evenly into a baking tin, and  put into <strong>the freezer to chill.<\/strong> Meanwhile, <strong><strong>whisk the curd<\/strong> cheese until smooth<\/strong>, add <strong><a aria-label=\"coconut sugar, (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-sugar-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">coconut sugar,<\/a> vanilla <a aria-label=\"flavour drops (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flavor-drops-30-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">flavour drops<\/a><\/strong> to taste, and whisk well. Mix <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>cream<\/strong> <strong>stiffener<\/strong> (1 + 1\/2 sachet) with <strong>150<\/strong> <strong>ml<\/strong> <strong>of<\/strong> <strong>water<\/strong> and then <strong>gradually mix in<\/strong> the curd filling<strong>.<\/strong> Divide the filling into <strong>two parts.<\/strong> Crush <strong>the <a aria-label=\"lyophilized raspberries (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/lyophilized-raspberries-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">lyophilized raspberries<\/a>,<\/strong> and mix them into <strong>one half<\/strong> of the filling.
