Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients. Start with <strong>chopping the onion, ginger, and garlic very finely<\/strong>. Peel the <strong>carrot <\/strong>and chop it or <strong>grate it<\/strong> so you get <strong>thin strips, slice the chicken into squares<\/strong>. Once this is done, <strong>scramble the eggs with a little bit of salt and black pepper.<\/strong> Prepare the <strong>sauce<\/strong> by combining the <strong>fish sauce, <a title=\"Bio Coconut Sugar - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-sugar-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">coconut sugar, <\/a>soya sauce, and the lime juice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Now we have all the ingredients ready so let&#8217;s get into cooking. Start with a slight pan-fry of the<strong> ginger, garlic, and onion<\/strong> in the little bit of <a title=\"Olive Oil Cooking Spray - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/olive-oil-cooking-spray-201-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>olive oil<\/strong>.<\/a> Proceed with adding the<strong> carrot, chicken breast, <\/strong>and a little bit of salt and black pepper. Fry it all together with an occasional stir, and <strong>if needed<\/strong>, add a <strong>splash of water<\/strong> to it. Once the meat is done and the carrot is softer, add in cooked rice noodles and give it a big stir. In the end, pour the prepared <strong>sauce<\/strong> into the pan and once again <strong>mix it well<\/strong> so you have these beautiful flavors merge together.
