Stejn\u011b jako pracujeme na sv\u00e9 fyzi\u010dce a vzhledu, abychom se ve sv\u00e9m t\u011ble c\u00edtili skv\u011ble, je pot\u0159eba pracovat i na na\u0161\u00ed mysli, aby n\u00e1m bylo dob\u0159e i po psychick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce. Zejm\u00e9na v dob\u011b, kdy jsme obklopeni situacemi, kter\u00e9 v n\u00e1s vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u00fazkost nebo stres, je to o to d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e1v\u00e1 se v\u00e1m, \u017ee p\u0159ijdete z pr\u00e1ce, m\u00e1te plnou hlavu starost\u00ed a nedok\u00e1\u017eete \u201cvypnout\u201d? Nebo snad sledujete ve\u010der zpr\u00e1vy a poci\u0165ujete \u00fazkost z toho, co se ve va\u0161em okol\u00ed d\u011bje? Jist\u011b nejste sami. Dobrou zpr\u00e1vou je, \u017ee existuje mnoho zp\u016fsob\u016f, kter\u00fdmi si sami m\u016f\u017eete od t\u011bchto negativn\u00edch pocit\u016f pomoci. V dne\u0161n\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku si p\u0159edstav\u00edme <strong>p\u00e1r tip\u016f pro udr\u017een\u00ed pozitivn\u00edho my\u0161len\u00ed.<\/strong> Vysv\u011btl\u00edme si tak\u00e9 to, jak se svou mysl\u00ed pracovat, abyste l\u00e9pe zvl\u00e1dali v\u0161echny ka\u017edodenn\u00ed situace.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Proc_je_dulezite_udrzovat_si_pozitivni_mysl\"><\/span>Pro\u010d je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 udr\u017eovat si pozitivn\u00ed mysl?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nastaven\u00ed mysli m\u00e1 velk\u00fd vliv prakticky na v\u0161echny oblasti va\u0161eho \u017eivota. Z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti se odv\u00edj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b od toho, jak vn\u00edm\u00e1te v\u011bci kolem v\u00e1s a jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem na n\u011b reagujete. U\u017e te\u010f nest\u00edh\u00e1m, pr\u00e1ce se mi kv\u016fli pozdn\u00edmu p\u0159\u00edchodu nakup\u00ed tak, \u017ee nebudu m\u00edt \u010das ani na ob\u011bd. Pak p\u0159ijdu ve\u010der dom\u016f, sn\u00edm v\u0161e, co najdu v lednici, a je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc ztloustnu, a to v\u0161echno jenom kv\u016fli autobusu.<\/li><li><strong>Pozitivn\u00ed nastaven\u00ed mysli: <\/strong>Nevad\u00ed, stejn\u011b jsem m\u011bla v pl\u00e1nu j\u00edt dnes na proch\u00e1zku, tak aspo\u0148 m\u016f\u017eu rovnou vyrazit. V klidu si tak promysl\u00edm, na \u010dem budu b\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho dne pracovat, ut\u0159\u00edd\u00edm si my\u0161lenky, do pr\u00e1ce p\u0159ijdu s \u010distou hlavou a m\u016fj den bude maxim\u00e1ln\u011b produktivn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Do kter\u00e9 skupiny chcete pat\u0159it vy \u2013 mezi lidi, kter\u00e9 rozhod\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e1 drobnost a zkaz\u00ed jim den, nebo mezi ty, kte\u0159\u00ed<strong> na v\u0161em dok\u00e1\u017eou naj\u00edt n\u011bco dobr\u00e9ho?<\/strong> P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m, \u017ee do t\u00e9 druh\u00e9. <strong>Negativn\u00ed my\u0161lenky,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 si nos\u00edme v na\u0161\u00ed hlav\u011b, maj\u00ed toti\u017e vliv nejen na na\u0161i n\u00e1ladu, ale tak\u00e9 na <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/proc-je-pro-nas-stres-nebezpecny-a-jak-ho-snizit\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"hladinu stresu (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">hladinu stresu<\/a> \u010di \u00fazkosti. V kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku n\u00e1m mohou tyto stavy zv\u00fd\u0161it v\u00fdkon, kdy nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159ed d\u016fle\u017eitou prezentac\u00ed pomohou s maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed soust\u0159ed\u011bnost\u00ed, a nav\u00edc vybud\u00ed t\u011blo k tomu, aby ze sebe dostalo maximum. Probl\u00e9m v\u0161ak nast\u00e1v\u00e1 tehdy, kdy\u017e se ze stresu nebo \u00fazkosti stane v\u00e1\u0161 dlouhodob\u00fd par\u0165\u00e1k. V\u00fdjimkou pak nen\u00ed rozvoj<strong> fobi\u00ed, \u00fazkostn\u00fdch poruch, agresivity, deprese, poruch p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy, <\/strong>sexu\u00e1ln\u00edch disfunkc\u00ed \u010di zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rizika sebevra\u017edy. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[2]<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku m\u016f\u017ee rozv\u00edjen\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed mysli p\u016fsobit jako nadlidsk\u00fd \u00fakol. Opak je v\u0161ak pravdou. Existuje mnoho jednoduch\u00fdch praktik, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete postupn\u011b aplikovat ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b, a zv\u00fd\u0161it tak kvalitu va\u0161ich b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch dn\u016f.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jak_to_udelat_abychom_si_udrzovali_pozitivni_mysl\"><\/span>Jak to ud\u011blat, abychom si udr\u017eovali pozitivn\u00ed mysl?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozitivn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed nen\u00ed jen o tom, \u017ee bychom m\u011bli b\u00fdt \u0161\u0165astn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a projevovat pozitivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k ud\u00e1lostem a situac\u00edm. Ani to v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee se z v\u00e1s mus\u00ed st\u00e1t slun\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159i vyhl\u00ed\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed duhu a jednoro\u017ece. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o \u017eivotn\u00ed filozofii, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1m v dlouhodob\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku m\u016f\u017ee pomoci vytvo\u0159it v \u017eivot\u011b opravdov\u00e9 hodnoty a <strong>budovat dovednosti, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m budou zp\u0159\u00edjem\u0148ovat b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 dny.<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V souvislosti s pozitivn\u00edm my\u0161len\u00edm hraj\u00ed v na\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b d\u016fle\u017eitou roli <strong>pozitivn\u00ed emoce,<\/strong> nebo\u0165 maj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek na na\u0161e dal\u0161\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed i v\u00fdkonnost. Nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>pozitivn\u00ed emoce v podob\u011b &#8220;radosti&#8221;,<\/strong> kter\u00e1 se objev\u00ed ve va\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b (m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobena mnoha podn\u011bty), <strong>vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 radost z dal\u0161\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed<\/strong> a chu\u0165 pustit se do dal\u0161\u00edch aktivit. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd za\u010dne poci\u0165ovat radost, m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165 tvo\u0159it, j\u00edt si zasportovat, posunout sv\u00e9 hranice a podobn\u011b. Udr\u017eujte si optimismus.<\/strong> Sna\u017ete se pou\u0161t\u011bt do nov\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed, riskujte a p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dejte, \u017ee v\u0161e dopadne dob\u0159e. Nep\u0159ipou\u0161t\u011bjte si mo\u017enost, \u017ee by se va\u0161e snaha nevyplatila, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se nenechte zat\u00e1hnout do pesimistick\u00e9ho pohledu na sv\u011bt a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed neust\u00e1l\u00fdch negativn\u00edch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. P\u0159ijm\u011bte realitu.<\/strong> Smi\u0159te se s t\u00edm, \u017ee v\u011bci v\u017edy nedopadnou podle va\u0161ich p\u0159edstav. Pokud tato situace nastane, berte to jako hotovou v\u011bc. Neut\u00e1p\u011bjte se v negativn\u00edch my\u0161lenk\u00e1ch na situaci, kterou neovlivn\u00edte. Rozhodn\u011b by v\u00e1s to nem\u011blo odradit od toho, abyste znovu zkou\u0161eli nov\u00e9 v\u011bci.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Bu\u010fte odoln\u00ed.<\/strong> I negativn\u00ed v\u011bci maj\u00ed v \u017eivot\u011b sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto. I v t\u00e9 nejhor\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed situaci se v\u017edy najde n\u011bco, za co m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt vd\u011b\u010dn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Praktikujte mindfulness.<\/strong> Tato technika spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee se nau\u010d\u00edte \u017e\u00edt a vn\u00edmat p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd okam\u017eik. D\u00edky tomu dok\u00e1\u017eete l\u00e9pe ocenit ka\u017edodenn\u00ed radosti, kter\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e1 vn\u00edm\u00e1te jako samoz\u0159ejmost, a tak\u00e9 l\u00e9pe pracovat se sv\u00fdmi my\u0161lenkami \u010di pocity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Udr\u017eujte integritu.<\/strong> Bu\u010fte \u010destn\u00ed, spravedliv\u00ed a up\u0159\u00edmn\u00ed, naopak se vyhn\u011bte lhan\u00ed a podv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud budete d\u011blat ostatn\u00edm naschv\u00e1ly, nem\u016f\u017eete \u010dekat, \u017ee s v\u00e1mi budou oni jednat jinak.
