Hijaluronska kiselina prirodno se nalazi u ljudskom tijelu, zajedno s natrijevom soli tvori <strong>sinovijsku teku\u0107inu<\/strong>. Njena uloga je da <strong>podmazuje meka tkiva<\/strong>, koja podr\u017eavaju <strong>besprijekorno funkcioniranje<\/strong> odre\u0111enih <strong>zglobova kod ljudi<\/strong>. <strong>Sinovijska teku\u0107ina smanjuje trenje<\/strong> i olak\u0161ava <strong>pokrete izme\u0111u hrskavice<\/strong>. Kao \u0161to je vidljivo iz dijelova naziva <strong>&#8220;Saharid&#8221;<\/strong> i <strong>&#8220;Gluko&#8221;<\/strong>, njen dio je &#8220;\u0161e\u0107er&#8221;, to\u010dnije<strong> glukoza. Glukozid<\/strong> je oznaka <strong>bioflavonoida<\/strong> koji su vezani na glukozu, dok <strong>molekula glukoze<\/strong> ispunjava<strong> funkciju transportera.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hijaluronska kiselina <\/strong>je<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>prvi put izolirana iz <strong>kravlje intraokularne teku\u0107ine<\/strong> 1934. godine. Ovu funkciju obavlja<strong> sinovijalna teku\u0107ina<\/strong> koja sadr\u017ei <strong>hijaluronsku kiselinu<\/strong>. Kiselina se otapa u teku\u0107ini \u0161to doprinosi<strong> bolu i uko\u010denosti zglobova.&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6] [12]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Podmazivanje zglobova<\/strong> je posebno va\u017eno za ljude koji pate od <strong>osteoartritisa<\/strong>, te primjenom hijaluronske kiseline mogu<strong> smanjiti krutost i bol<\/strong>. Osteoartritis je bolest koja poga\u0111a milijune ljudi \u0161irom svijeta, to je <strong>naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a vrsta artritisa<\/strong>. Dok je <strong>artritis<\/strong> znak <strong>upale zglobova<\/strong> koji mo\u017ee predstavljati <strong>200 razli\u010ditih zdravstvenih stanja<\/strong>. U slu\u010daju <strong>osteoartritisa<\/strong>, govorimo o pote\u0161ko\u0107ama uzrokovanim <strong>razdvajanjem hrskavice u zglobu<\/strong>. Ovaj pojam ozna\u010dava <strong>upalu sinovijalne membrane<\/strong> koja je bolna, posebno <strong>prilikom kretanja<\/strong>. Hijaluronska kiselina u obliku dodataka prehrani pokazuje <strong>umjerenu u\u010dinkovitost bez nuspojava<\/strong>. Ovo je sigurna tvar za <strong>ubla\u017eavanje bolova u koljenima.&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[14] [15]&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Pobolj\u0161ava zacjeljivanje rana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hijaluronska kiselina <\/strong>se nalazi u<strong> sinovijalnoj teku\u0107ini<\/strong>, u<strong> podru\u010dju o\u010diju<\/strong>, ali je i prirodni <strong>dio ko\u017ee. Koncentracija <\/strong>kiseline se pove\u0107ava radi obnavljanja o\u0161te\u0107ene ko\u017ee. Hijaluronska kiselina mo\u017ee <strong>utjecati<\/strong> na <strong>brzinu zacjeljivanja<\/strong> zbog <strong>regulacije upale<\/strong> i obavijesti tijela da stvori <strong>ve\u0107i broj \u017eila<\/strong> na o\u0161te\u0107enom mjestu.&nbsp;[6]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Istra\u017eivanje iz 2015. godine <\/strong>je prou\u010davalo <strong>sposobnost<\/strong> hijaluronske kiseline u<strong> smanjenju odumiranja stanica ko\u017ee<\/strong>. Za tu svrhu kreiran je model <strong>dermalne toksi\u010dnosti (o\u0161te\u0107enja ko\u017ee) i hepatotoksi\u010dnost (o\u0161te\u0107enja jetre) uzrokovane etanolom<\/strong>. Koristili su se <strong>ljudski keratinociti<\/strong> (stanice epiderme koje proizvode keratin) i <strong>hepatocite<\/strong> (epitelne stanice jetre) koji \u010duvaju induciranu aktivnost <strong>citokroma P450<\/strong> (enzima potrebnih za sintezu i metabolizam razli\u010ditih molekula i kemikalija u stanicama). Prema rezultatima, skeleti na\u010dinjeni od hijaluronske kiseline upotrijebljeni su za primjenu faktora rasta fibroblasta.<strong> Fibroblasti<\/strong>&nbsp;su vrste stanica koje stvaraju<strong> izvanstani\u010dni matriks i kolagen<\/strong>. Ove dvije komponente su va\u017ene za stvaranje<strong> strukturnog tkiva<\/strong> i za popravak <strong>tkiva<\/strong>. Samostalno ili u kombinaciji s drugim komponentama, kiselina se koristi u svrhu <strong>reparacije tkiva. Ekstrakti<\/strong> hijaluronske kiseline su <strong>u\u010dinkoviti i sigurni<\/strong> za potrebe <strong>obnavljanja ko\u017ee<\/strong>.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[17] [22] [23] [24] [25]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017enost hijaluronske kiseline za <strong>lije\u010denje kroni\u010dnih rana<\/strong> i njezina sposobnost <strong>ubrzavanja ovog procesa je ve\u0107 dokazana<\/strong>. Istra\u017eivanje iz 2006. godine se fokusiralo na provjeru uspje\u0161nosti hijaluronske kiseline kad je rije\u010d o<strong> pobolj\u0161avanju zacjeljivanja akutnih rana<\/strong>. U istra\u017eivanju su sudjelovala <strong>43 pacijenta<\/strong> s razli\u010ditim vrstama<strong> rana, poput opekotina, rana koje su nastale ozljedom, kirur\u0161kim zahvatom i dermabrazija<\/strong>. Hijaluronska kiselina je kori\u0161tena u <strong>obliku kreme ili flastera<\/strong>, rezultati su ocijenjeni nakon <strong>svake devete primjene. Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo sljede\u0107e zaklju\u010dke<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[18] [20] [21]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>smanjenje 70% podru\u010dja oko rane nakon 6. mjerenja<\/li><li>56% slu\u010dajeva se potpuno izlije\u010dilo nakon 6. aplikacije<\/li><li>91% slu\u010dajeva je pokazalo malo ili nimalo fibrina (proteina u zgru\u0161njavanju krvi)<\/li><li>84% slu\u010dajeva je pokazalo malo ili nimalo eksudata (teku\u0107ina koja curi iz krvnih \u017eila zbog upale)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/kyselina_hyalur_nov_zlep_uje_hojenie_r_n-min.jpg\" alt=\"Pobolj\u0161ava zacjeljivanje rana\" width=\"843\" height=\"562\" title=\"Pobolj\u0161ava zacjeljivanje rana\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Ubla\u017eavanje simptoma \u017eelu\u010danog refluksa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refluks<\/strong> je neugodno stanje u kojem se<strong> sadr\u017eaj \u017eeluca vra\u0107a u grlo<\/strong>, \u0161to rezultira <strong>o\u0161te\u0107enjem jednjaka. Hijaluronska kiselina<\/strong> mo\u017ee biti korisna u <strong>ubla\u017eavanju simptoma refluksa<\/strong>, zahvaljuju\u0107i<strong> lije\u010denju sluznice jednjaka<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nekoliko izvora odnosi se na uporabu <strong>kombinacije hijaluronske kiseline i kondroitin sulfata<\/strong> u lije\u010denju simptoma refluksa. Istra\u017eivanje iz <strong>2012. godine<\/strong> bavi se uporabom proizvoda koji se zove <strong>Esoxx<\/strong>, radi se o mje\u0161avini hijaluronske kiseline i kondroitin sulfata. Rezultati pokazuju uspjeh proizvoda u <strong>smanjenju propusnosti o\u0161te\u0107ene sluznice<\/strong>, \u0161to podupire daljnje klini\u010dke studije u lije\u010denju refluksa.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6] [19]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Utjecaj hijaluronske kiseline na ko\u017eu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Najpoznatija prednost <\/strong>primjene hijaluronske kiselinu su <strong>u\u010dinci koje ima na ko\u017eu<\/strong>. Tako\u0111er, vjerojatno vam je poznata neka reklama, koja isti\u010de svojstvo hijaluronske kiseline za pobolj\u0161anje kvalitete ko\u017ee, hidratiziranje i uklanjanje bora. <strong>Istra\u017eivanje iz 2017. godine<\/strong> prou\u010dilo je mogu\u0107nost<strong> usporavanja starenja ko\u017ee<\/strong> pomo\u0107u dodataka prehrani. Ispitanici su bili podijeljeni u dvije grupe, jedna grupa je bila s placebom, a druga s hijaluronskom kiselinom (HA 2 K and HA 300 K). U istra\u017eivanje su bili uklju\u010deni i <strong>mu\u0161karci i \u017eene u dobi od 22 do 59 godina<\/strong>, a istra\u017eivanje je trajalo <strong>12 tjedana<\/strong>. Znanstvenici su procijenili promjenu <strong>bora oko o\u010diju<\/strong> (bora smijalica oko o\u010diju) prilikom uspore\u0111ivanja fotografija prije i poslije uzimanja hijaluronske kiseline, ali tako\u0111er i kroz anketiranje.&nbsp;Rezultati su pokazali da oralna <strong>suplementacija hijaluronskom kiselinom smanjuje bore i pobolj\u0161ava stanje ko\u017ee. Mikroskopske fotografije<\/strong>&nbsp;koje su prilo\u017eene istra\u017eivanju adekvatno ukazuju na <strong>pobolj\u0161anje ko\u017ee.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[12] [13]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/Vplyv_kyseliny_hyalur_novej_na_poko_ku-min.jpg\" alt=\"Utjecaj hijaluronske kiseline na ko\u017eu\" width=\"843\" height=\"562\" title=\"Utjecaj hijaluronske kiseline na ko\u017eu\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Istra\u017eivanje iz 2014. godine <\/strong>je procijenilo <strong>u\u010dinkovitost preparata niske molekularne te\u017eine<\/strong> (Nano-hijaluronska kiselina) za hidrataciju <strong>ko\u017ee, tretiranje bora i elasti\u010dnost ko\u017ee<\/strong>. U istra\u017eivanju su sudjelovale <strong>33 \u017eene<\/strong>, prosje\u010dne <strong>dobi od 45,2 godine<\/strong> tijekom <strong>8 tjedana<\/strong>. Tijekom mjerenja<strong> hrapavosti ko\u017ee<\/strong>, <strong>pobolj\u0161anje<\/strong> je primije\u0107eno ve\u0107 nakon<strong> 2 tjedna<\/strong>, a napredak u <strong>elasti\u010dnosti ko\u017ee nakon 2 i 8 tjedana<\/strong> istra\u017eivanja.
