Transpira\u021bia este&nbsp;<strong>o reac\u021bie natural\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;a organismului la&nbsp;<strong>un mediu cald,<\/strong>&nbsp;un&nbsp;<strong>antrenament dificil<\/strong>&nbsp;sau la alte&nbsp;<strong>activit\u0103\u021bi fizice<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>Transpira\u021bia<\/strong>&nbsp;este modul \u00een care&nbsp;<strong>corpul se r\u0103ce\u0219te<\/strong>. Glandele sudoripare r\u0103spund la&nbsp;<strong>cre\u0219terea temperaturii corpului<\/strong>, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t secret\u0103 un fluid, care con\u021bine nu numai ap\u0103, dar \u0219i&nbsp;<strong>s\u0103ruri, zah\u0103r, uree \u0219i amoniac<\/strong>. Poate fi&nbsp;<strong>hiperhidroz\u0103 primar\u0103,<\/strong>&nbsp;care \u00eencepe \u00een copil\u0103rie \u0219i la majoritatea persoanelor este&nbsp;<strong>genetic\u0103<\/strong>. Exist\u0103 \u0219i&nbsp;<strong>hiperhidroz\u0103 secundar\u0103<\/strong>, care poate fi un&nbsp;<strong>efect secundar<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>al medicamentelor<\/strong>&nbsp;sau poate fi&nbsp;<strong>cauzat\u0103 de o boal\u0103<\/strong>, cum ar fi&nbsp;<strong>tulbur\u0103ri suprarenale, boli de inim\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;sau<strong>&nbsp;menopauz\u0103.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Hipohidroza<\/strong>&nbsp;sau&nbsp;<strong>anhidroza,<\/strong>&nbsp;este incapacitatea organismului de a transpira.
