Ako je tijesto previ\u0161e <strong>\u010dvrsto<\/strong>, dodaje malo <strong>mlijeka<\/strong>. Stavite tijesto u prethodno nama\u0161\u0107en kalup za quiche, te tijesto razvucite prstima po kalupu (koristili smo kalup promjera 24 cm). Najprije operite \u0161pinat i skuhajte ga na pari par minuta. Kada se skuha dodajte mu <strong>zdrobljeni feta sir, mlijeko i pre\u0161ani \u010de\u0161njak<\/strong>.<strong> Sol i za\u010dine<\/strong> dodajte po ukusu.
