Tijekom \u017eivota, razina hormona se <strong>prirodno i \u201cneprirodno\u201d mijenja<\/strong>. Krivci su <strong>pubertet i menopauza<\/strong>, ali stres ili lo\u0161 na\u010din \u017eivota mogu tako\u0111er uzrokovati neravnote\u017eu. Njihova uloga je da <strong>prenose informacije<\/strong> u ljudskom tijelu, a ova je funkcija sli\u010dna \u017eiv\u010danom sustavu, ali u ovom se slu\u010daju umjesto \u017eiv\u010danih impulsa koriste hormoni. Oni utje\u010du <strong>na gotovo svaku stanicu i organ<\/strong> u tijelu i, jednostavno re\u010deno, diktiraju tkivima i organima \u201c<strong>\u0161to u\u010diniti i kako to u\u010diniti\u201d<\/strong>. <\/span><span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1] [2] [3] [4]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hormoni i tjelovje\u017eba<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">Odgovaraju\u0107a razina hormona vrlo je va\u017ena za optimalno funkcioniranje tijela, te stoga logi\u010dno utje\u010de na vje\u017ebanje i rast mi\u0161i\u0107a. Hormoni se dijele na <strong>steroidne, peptidne i aminokiselinske<\/strong>, pored toga razlikuju se <strong>anaboli\u010dki<\/strong> ili <strong>kataboli\u010dki<\/strong>. <strong>Anaboli\u010dki<\/strong> su va\u017eni za <strong>rast tkiva<\/strong>, a <strong>kataboli\u010dki ga razgra\u0111uju<\/strong>. Na sljede\u0107em popisu na\u0107i \u0107ete nekoliko hormona koji se odnose na vje\u017ebanje <\/span><span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[24] [25] [26] [27] [28]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><strong>Inzulin<\/strong> \u2013 va\u017ean je za <strong>metabolizam ugljikohidrata i masno\u0107a<\/strong> jer osigurava apsorpciju glukoze u krvotoku. Pored toga, masno\u0107a se ne mo\u017ee koristiti kao gorivo za mi\u0161i\u0107e, ve\u0107 se pohranjuje u masnom tkivu. Nedovoljna osjetljivost na inzulin mo\u017ee prerasti u inzulinsku rezistenciju ili \u010dak dijabetes tipa 2. Na pravilan rad inzulina u tijelu mo\u017eete utjecati zdravim na\u010dinom \u017eivota. Ovaj hormon ima <strong>anaboli\u010dke u\u010dinke<\/strong> na mi\u0161i\u0107e, podr\u017eavaju\u0107i tako <strong>rast mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase i snage<\/strong>. Kod \u017eena je koristan za mi\u0161i\u0107e, kosti i seksualnu \u017eelju.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><strong>Hormon rasta<\/strong> \u2013 anaboli\u010dki peptidni hormon s funkcijom koja dolazi od njegovog imena \u2013 za poticanje <strong>rasta stanica<\/strong>. Nastaje tijekom spavanja, te se stimulira intenzivnim, jakim ili kardio treningom.<\/span><\/li><li><strong>Glukagon<\/strong> \u2013 odgovoran je za <strong>osloba\u0111anje slobodnih masnih kiselina<\/strong> iz masnog tkiva pri <strong>niskim razinama \u0161e\u0107era u krvi<\/strong>, koje se koriste za pove\u0107anje razine glukoze. Jednostavno re\u010deno, to je hormon koji sprje\u010dava prenizak nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi.<\/li><li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><strong>Epinefrin i norepinefrin<\/strong> \u2013 su <strong>kateholamini<\/strong>, tako\u0111er poznati i kao <strong>adrenalin<\/strong> <strong>i<\/strong> <strong>noradrenalin.<\/strong> Njihova je uloga podr\u017eati proizvodnju energije u simpati\u010dkom \u017eiv\u010danom sustavu i kontrolirati tjelesne funkcije tijekom kardioterapije. U tijelu se odvijaju <strong>anaboli\u010dki i kataboli\u010dki<\/strong>procesi u kojima su prisutni odre\u0111eni hormoni. <strong>Anabolizam<\/strong> je proces kojim <strong>male molekule<\/strong> postaju <strong>slo\u017eene<\/strong> uz pomo\u0107 energije dobivene katabolizmom. Suprotno tome, <strong>katabolizam<\/strong> se doga\u0111a tijekom probave, kada se <strong>molekule razgra\u0111uju<\/strong> i tijelo ih koristi kao izvor energije. Anaboli\u010dki procesi uklju\u010duju, na primjer, <strong>rast mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase ili kostiju<\/strong>. Kod katabolizma, velike se molekule razgra\u0111uju na manje, poput <strong>proteina u aminokiseline.<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"tadv-color\"> <\/span><span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[29] [30] [31]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sljede\u0107i hormoni prisutni su kod anabolizma i katabolizma <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[29]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anabolizam <\/strong>\u2013 testosteron, estrogen, hormon rasta i inzulin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Katabolizam<\/strong> \u2013 adrenalin, kortizol, glukagon i citokini<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><strong>Anaboli\u010dko stanje<\/strong> je po\u017eeljno za sporta\u0161e i aktivne ljude koji \u017eele <strong>posti\u0107i<\/strong> (i tako\u0111er odr\u017eati) <strong>mi\u0161i\u0107nu masu<\/strong>. Oni slijede prehrambeni program \u010diji je cilj <strong>osigurati dovoljno hranjivih sastojaka<\/strong> prije i nakon treninga kako bi <strong>osigurali gorivo<\/strong> za trening i <strong>odr\u017eali anaboli\u010dko stanje<\/strong>. U hipotalamusu po\u010dinje <strong>proizvodnja hormona gonadotropina<\/strong>, koji uzrokuje <strong>pove\u0107anje razine testosterona<\/strong>. Usput, gonadotropin u pubertetu tako\u0111er utje\u010de <strong>na \u017eene i proizvodnju estrogena<\/strong>.<\/span> <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[34]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">Testosteron je va\u017ean hormon koji utje\u010de na nekoliko funkcija i njegove se razine mijenjaju tijekom \u017eivota. Podi\u017ee se tijekom puberteta, a <strong>vrhunac<\/strong> dosti\u017ee <strong>na kraju adolescencije<\/strong>. Slijedi faza opadanja, a nakon 30. godine prirodno je da testosteron opada svake godine. Njegova je razina va\u017ena i za <strong>rast mi\u0161i\u0107a i snagu<\/strong>. Utje\u010de na DNA receptore, koji uzrokuju <strong>sintezu bjelan\u010devina<\/strong> i pove\u0107ava prijenosnike, poti\u010du\u0107i time <strong>rast tkiva<\/strong> i, na kraju, ali ne manje va\u017eno, pove\u0107ava razinu <strong>hormona rasta<\/strong>. Pored <strong>prirodnih razloga<\/strong>, poput <strong>puberteta<\/strong> ili <strong>starenja<\/strong>, postoje i drugi uzroci navedene neravnote\u017ee, a to su <strong>nedostatak vje\u017ebanja, lo\u0161 na\u010din \u017eivota<\/strong> ili <strong>stres.<\/strong> Simptomi uklju\u010duju <strong>nedostatak energije, smanjenu seksualnu \u017eelju, nizak broj spermija,<\/strong> <strong>smanjen rast kose i jo\u0161 mnogo toga<\/strong>. Neuravnote\u017eenost se mo\u017ee pojaviti bilo kada u \u017eivotu, pa \u010dak i ve\u0107 <strong>u 30-ima<\/strong>.<\/span> <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[35] [36]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">Hormonska neravnote\u017ea mo\u017ee biti pomalo nedosljedna, pa ju je te\u0161ko prepoznati s vremena na vrijeme. Postoji 5 simptoma koji ukazuju na neravnote\u017eu, a mogu biti posljedica <strong>smanjene razine testosterona<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[37]<\/span><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>nizak libido<\/li><li>erektilna disfunkcija<\/li><li>ginekomastija (pove\u0107anje grudi)<\/li><li>gubitak mi\u0161i\u0107a i debljanje<\/li><li>promjene raspolo\u017eenja<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\">Druga tema o kojoj se \u010desto raspravlja je <strong>\u201cmu\u0161ka menopauza\u201d<\/strong>. Ovaj izraz odnosi se na <strong>smanjenje androgena i testosterona<\/strong>, kao i <strong>hipogonadizma<\/strong> s odgo\u0111enim po\u010detkom. Iako se koristi izraz \u201cmenopauza\u201d, ove su hormonske promjene kod mu\u0161karaca <strong>razli\u010dite<\/strong>. Kraj ovulacije i brza proizvodnja hormona doga\u0111a se <strong>kod \u017eena<\/strong> u relativno <strong>kratkom vremenskom periodu<\/strong>, ali <strong>kod mu\u0161karaca<\/strong> to je postepeni <strong>dugotrajniji pad<\/strong>.
