Preberite si o \u010daju, <strong>njegovih prednostih in mo\u017enostih uporabe<\/strong> tega zelenega \u010dude\u017ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zeleni_caj_matcha\"><\/span>Zeleni \u010daj matcha<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zgodovina matcha \u010daja je stara ve\u010d stoletij, sama beseda <em>matcha<\/em> pa je sestavljena iz dveh japonskih besed &#8211; <strong><em>mat<\/em><\/strong>&#8211; v smislu <strong>drgnjenja<\/strong> ali barvanja in <strong><em>cha<\/em><\/strong>, kar pomeni <strong>\u010daj<\/strong>. <strong>Tradicija priprave<\/strong> tega \u010daja je dolga in <strong>povezana z budizmom<\/strong>, iz celotne zgodovine je vsekakor treba omeniti ime Eisai. <strong>Zen menih Eisai<\/strong> je \u017eivel v 12. stoletju in je <strong>na Japonsko<\/strong> iz \u0161tudijskega bivanja <strong>na Kitajskem<\/strong> prinesel semena matcha \u010daja. Obliko \u010daja v pra\u0161ku so uporabljali v <strong>samostanih<\/strong> (kitajskih samostanih Chan) na Kitajskem, ker so \u017ee poznali njegove <strong>zdravilne u\u010dinke<\/strong>. Poleg uvedbe uporabe \u010daja v svojo prakso je Eisai napisal tudi <strong>knjigo<\/strong> o zdravstvenih koristih pitja <a title=\"\u010caj - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/caj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">\u010daja<\/a>&nbsp;z imenom <strong>Kissa Y\u014dj\u014dki<\/strong>, ki jo lahko prevedemo kot <strong><em>pitje \u010daja za zdravje<\/em><\/strong>. Matcha je dandanes zelo priljubljena in zanimivo je, da \u010deprav v <strong>zahodnem<\/strong> <strong>svetu<\/strong> <strong>priljubljenost<\/strong> matcha \u010daja nara\u0161\u010da, na <strong>Japonskem upada<\/strong>. Vsekakor je super, da vrsta \u010daja, ki ima na Kitajskem in Japonskem dolgo tradicijo, najde svoje mesto tudi v na\u0161i kulturi.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Matcha \u010daj izdelujemo iz rastline <strong><em>Camellia sinensis<\/em><\/strong>, za katero uporabljamo lokalno ime kitajska \u010dajna rastlina. Tako je, <strong>matcha in klasi\u010dni zeleni \u010daj <\/strong>prihajata <strong>iz iste rastline<\/strong>, vendar je <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/bio-matcha-v-prahu-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">matcha<\/a> \u010daj druga\u010den. Gojenje \u010dajevca sega v <strong>starodavno Kitajsko<\/strong>, kjer ga je pred skoraj <strong>5.000 leti<\/strong> odkril vladar Shen Nung. Tudi danes je ena najbolj raz\u0161irjenih rastlin, ki \u017ee stoletja velja za dragoceno zdravilo in je na voljo le <strong>majhnemu delu dru\u017ebe<\/strong>. Gojenje matcha \u010daja se od drugih vrst zelenega \u010daja razlikuje po tem, da so njegovi grmi za\u0161\u010diteni pred <strong>son\u010dno svetlobo<\/strong> <strong>20-30 dni pred obiranjem<\/strong>. \u010ce govorimo o postopku pridelave te vrste \u010daja, izraz &#8220;matcha&#8221; ni natan\u010den.
