Ondje je Erko po\u010deo<strong> razvijati svoju ljubav prema borila\u010dkim vje\u0161tinama, odnosno taekwondou i kickboxingu.<\/strong> Me\u0111utim, tijekom jednog od intenzivnih kontaktnih treninga, ozlije\u0111en je i<strong> gotovo je izgubio osje\u0107aj u desnoj nozi.<\/strong> U tom se trenutku njegova <strong>eksplozivna narav probudila u njemu<\/strong> i, budu\u0107i da nije mogao u potpunosti trenirati, <strong>upotrebljavao je svoju energiju u uli\u010dnim borbama.<\/strong> Ali <strong>trener Bill Richardson <\/strong> pomogao mu je u tom mra\u010dnom razdoblju pokazav\u0161i mu da ni\u0161ta nije izgubljeno. Pomogao mu je da krene na put <strong>fitnessa i treninga u teretani.<\/strong> Tijekom 6 mjeseci, Erko je sjajno napredovao<strong>, pobolj\u0161ao kondiciju i dobio mi\u0161i\u0107nu masu.<\/strong> \u0160tovi\u0161e, uz pravu kombinaciju treninga i rehabilitacije, <strong>uspio se oporaviti od neugodne ozljede<\/strong> koja ga je sprje\u010davala da ostvari svoj san.<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> [1] [3]<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Njegova_najveca_postignuca_u_fitnessu\"><\/span>Njegova najve\u0107a postignu\u0107a u fitnessu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Samo zahvaljuju\u0107i <strong>marljivom radu, motivaciji i samoodricanju,<\/strong> Erko je postigao nevjerojatan uspjeh. <strong>Trostruki je juniorski prvak u bodybuildingu,<\/strong> <strong>viceprvak natjecanja Balkan Fitness<\/strong>, a tako\u0111er je <strong>osvojio 3. mjesto na Me\u0111unarodnom Musclemania Showu u Miamiju na Floridi. <\/strong>Me\u0111utim, unato\u010d tim nagradama,<strong> nikad nije prestao biti vjeran onome u \u010demu najvi\u0161e u\u017eiva,<\/strong> zato je odlu\u010dio <strong>krenuti na MMA putovanje.<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> [1] [3] [5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"porazi_u_MMA-u\"><\/span>porazi u MMA-u<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Strast i nekoliko godina iskustva u borila\u010dkim vje\u0161tinama omogu\u0107ili su Erki lak ulazak u svijet MMA-a, gdje je <strong>debitirao 9. juna 2018. na 44. gala ve\u010deri KSW-a.<\/strong> KSW je jedna od<strong> vode\u0107ih organizacija za mje\u0161ovite borila\u010dke vje\u0161tine u Europi.<\/strong> Tijekom borbe, <strong>uspio je nokautirati<\/strong> svog protivnika <strong>Tomasza O\u015bwieci\u0144skog<\/strong> u prvoj rundi. U oktobru iste godine ponovio je uspjeh iz prvog dvoboja i pobijedio <strong>repera Pawe\u0142a Miko\u0142ajuwa<\/strong> u prvoj rundi na <strong>45. gala ve\u010deri KSW-a.<\/strong> Na <strong>49. gala ve\u010deri KSW-a,<\/strong> \u010dak je eliminirao <strong>Akopu Szostaku za manje od 36 sekundi borbe. <\/strong>Njegova borba s <strong>jednim od najboljih boraca u KSW-u, Mariuszom Pudzianowskim,<\/strong> za njega je bila nesretna jer je izgubio u drugoj rundi. Tako\u0111er je pretrpio i drugi poraz u oktagonu u septembru 2020. godine, kad ga je protivnik <strong>Damian Olszewski<\/strong> nokautirao u prvoj rundi. Svako ko ima san i stvarno \u017eeli ne\u0161to posti\u0107i, mora imati volju.<\/em>&#8221; Stoga ne \u010dudi \u0161to uz sjajnu karijeru u MMA-u i fitnessu, mo\u017ee biti ponosan i na <strong>druga postignu\u0107a.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na po\u010detku dizanja utega i natjecanja, otkrio je da <strong>ne bi zaradio puno novca<\/strong> uz taj na\u010din \u017eivota. Zbog toga je odlu\u010dio <strong>krenuti u karijeru modela<\/strong> koja mu je donijela potrebnu zaradu. Da, volim plesati! Otac me od malih nogu uvodio u sport, posebno u borila\u010dke vje\u0161tine. Bavio sam se karateom i taekwondoom. Zapravo, taekwondo je prva mje\u0161ovita borila\u010dka vje\u0161tina koju sam isprobao. Od tada neprestano treniram i volim sport. Koja Vas najvi\u0161e ispunjava i najvi\u0161e Vam je pomogla do\u0107i ovdje gdje ste sada?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010deo sam s taekwondoom, koji je bio osnova mog znanja o borila\u010dkim vje\u0161tinama, a upotrebljavam ga i danas u stoje\u0107im borbama. Zatim sam probao kickboxing i otkrio da mi jo\u0161 vi\u0161e odgovara, ali i dalje sam se oslanjao na svoje osnove taekwondoa, naro\u010dito prilikom udaranja i boksanja. Moram priznati da sam se sad, nakon nekog vremena, zaljubio u hrvanje, koje mi je postalo najdra\u017ei sport. Svi\u0111a mi se njegov intenzitet i \u010dinjenica da je stvarno izazovno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prije\u0111imo sad na Va\u0161e djetinjstvo. Kao dvogodi\u0161njak emigrirali ste s obitelji iz Bosne i Hercegovine zbog rata. Sje\u0107ate li se i\u010dega iz tog razdoblja?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Sre\u0107om, ne sje\u0107am se puno toga, budu\u0107i da sam bio tek mali dje\u010dak, ali moji su roditelji do\u017eivjeli puno te\u0161kih trenutaka tijekom rata. Zajedno smo se preselili u Njema\u010dku, gdje smo \u017eivjeli godinu dana. Zatim smo se ponovno preselili, taj put u Belgiju. Ondje sam po\u010deo \u017eivjeti svoj novi \u017eivot. Me\u0111utim, moji su roditelji vidjeli puno lo\u0161ih stvari, zato je bilo dobro \u0161to vi\u0161e nisu morali do\u017eivljavati sli\u010dne strahote. Ali iako sam odrastao u Belgiji, volim svoju domovinu i uvijek \u0107u je nositi u srcu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tijekom adolescencije u Belgiji, imali ste reputaciju takozvanog \u201elo\u0161eg momka\u201c. Za\u0161to je to bilo tako i kad biste se mogli vratiti u pro\u0161lost, biste li i\u0161ta promijenili?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvi je razlog bio to \u0161to sam imao puno problema, recimo da se nisam osje\u0107ao dobro kod ku\u0107e. Zbog toga sam stalno bje\u017eao van, samo sam htio lutati okolo i zato sam znao upadati u nevolje koje su obi\u010dno zavr\u0161avale tu\u010dnjavom. Tako\u0111er, nisam volio \u0161kolu i sigurno nisam bio sjajan u\u010denik. Nisam ba\u0161 ponosan na to, ali sve te\u0161ke situacije koje sam pro\u0161ao u\u010dinile su me \u010dovjekom kakav sam danas. Sve te uli\u010dne tu\u010dnjave, provo\u0111enje vremena na ulici i sli\u010dno \u2013 ne bih ni\u0161ta promijenio. Samo bih poru\u010dio mladima da idu u \u0161kolu jer je to zaista va\u017eno i potrebno. To ka\u017eem i svom djetetu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ali onda se ne\u0161to promijenilo i pogurnulo Vas je dalje. \u0160to je to bilo?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Promijenila se \u010dinjenica da sam do\u0161ao do teretane preko prijatelja, gdje me trenirao izvrstan trener Bill Richardson. Vidio je da sam prili\u010dno agresivan, ali istodobno aktivan dje\u010dak. Upravo sam to bio u to vrijeme. Zbog toga me uzeo &#8220;pod svoje&#8221; i nau\u010dio me kako prenijeti sve svoje probleme, energiju i agresiju u sport. To mi je puno pomoglo. Istovremeno sam otkrio da me sport smiruje, ali mi tako\u0111er daje pravi smjer u \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Svi znamo da su po\u010deci uvijek te\u0161ki. Va\u017eno je ustrajati i ne odustati. U po\u010detku je s Billom bilo te\u0161ko, doslovno me htio ubiti. Prije treninga s Billom Richardsonom, trenirao sam s\u00e2m jer sam \u017eelio po\u010deti s fitnessom zbog problema s nogom. Pa, to nije bila moja najbolja odluka. Otkad se bavim MMA-om, otkrio sam da u borila\u010dkim vje\u0161tinama sagorijevate puno vi\u0161e kalorija, tako da si mogu priu\u0161titi da jedem puno vi\u0161e.
