Wir mischen, bis das Eiwei\u00df <strong>dick und steif<\/strong> ist. Wir <strong>f\u00fcgen<\/strong> nach und nach das geschlagene Eiwei\u00df <strong>zur Pfannkuchenmasse<\/strong> <strong>hinzu<\/strong> und <strong>r\u00fchren die gesamte Masse vorsichtig<\/strong> mit einem <strong>Spatel<\/strong> um, damit sie <strong>gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig<\/strong> wird und der Teig sch\u00f6n <strong>locker<\/strong> bleibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereite eine Pfannkuchenpfanne vor, bespr\u00fche diese mit <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/kokosol-kochspray-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Kokos\u00f6l<\/a> und gebe den Pfannkuchenteig <strong>in Form kleiner Pfannkuchen<\/strong> darauf.
