\u0107emo se detaljnije usredoto\u010diti na njega. \u010cak ima nekoliko mogu\u0107ih pozitivnih u\u010dinaka koje mo\u017eemo koristiti u vezi s na\u0161im <strong>naporima da sagorimo masti.<\/strong> Nakon konzumacije dopamin se osloba\u0111a u tijelu, \u0161to mo\u017ee <strong>pobolj\u0161ati raspolo\u017eenje ili izazvati euforiju.<\/strong> Me\u0111utim, dugoro\u010dnom Me\u0111utim, prema EFSA-i, zdrava osoba od 70 kg ne bi odjednom smjela uzimati vi\u0161e od 200 mg kofeina. Ako prekora\u010dite dozu kofeina, mo\u017eete osjetiti <strong>nesanicu, razdra\u017eljivost, vrtoglavicu, lupanje srca, kao i povra\u0107anje ili proljev.<\/strong> <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4] [28]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Svojstva kofeina potvrdila je i znanost. Na primjer, studije pokazuju da kofein mo\u017ee <strong>pove\u0107ati brzinu metabolizma tijekom mirovanja za 3-11%<\/strong> u roku od tri sata \u2013 u ovom konkretnom slu\u010daju sudionici su dobili dozu od 200 mg kofeina. \u010cini li vam se kao zna\u010dajno ubrzanje? Pogledajmo konkretan primjer kako bismo stekli bolju predod\u017ebu o njemu. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ste \u017eena koja ima 30 godina, 170 cm i 70 kg, va\u0161 <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/bmr-kalkulator\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">metabolizam tijekom mirovanja<\/a> iznosi pribli\u017eno 1452 kcal. U stvarnosti to zna\u010di da tijelu treba najmanje 60,5 kcal na sat da bi odr\u017ealo sve funkcije. Ako je takva \u017eena sudjelovala u istra\u017eivanju, uzela 200 mg kofeina i njezin se metabolizam tijekom mirovanja pove\u0107ao za 3-11% za 3 sata, to bi zna\u010dilo da bi joj se <strong>potro\u0161nja pove\u0107ala za pribli\u017eno 5,5-20 kcal, a da ne radi ni\u0161ta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad bi se takva \u017eena pridr\u017eavala maksimalne preporu\u010dene granice unosa kofeina za svoju te\u017einu, mogla bi uzeti jo\u0161 200 mg doze kofeina tijekom dana. Ako prema studiji ra\u010dunamo maksimalne mogu\u0107e rezultate, ona bi <strong>sagorijevala 40 kcal dnevno samo zahvaljuju\u0107i kofeinu.<\/strong> Kako biste mogli lak\u0161e zamisliti \u2013 100 ml poluobranog mlijeka ima 47 kcal, pa ako se kofein doda u kavu s mlijekom, ubrzanje metabolizma u stanju mirovanja vjerojatno ne bi pokrilo ni kalorije iz samog mlijeka. Me\u0111utim, ako bi ova \u017eena vje\u017ebala nakon uzimanja kofeina, mogla bi sagorijevati vi\u0161e kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dakle, ako \u017eelite koristiti kofein za sagorijevanje masti, ne biste trebali o\u010dekivati da \u0107e on sav posao obaviti umjesto vas. Umjesto toga, poku\u0161ajte iskoristiti \u010dinjenicu da vas to <strong>mo\u017ee potaknuti tako da mo\u017eete intenzivnije vje\u017ebati, pove\u0107avaju\u0107i tako broj spaljenih kalorija.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jedna doza kofeina trebala bi imati oko 200 mg. <\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Sinefrin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/sinefrin-90-tab-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Sinefrin<\/a> (posebno <em>p-<\/em>sinefrin) je spoj koji se <strong>javlja, na primjer, u agrumima.<\/strong> Djeluje na dopamin, adrenalin i noradrenalin u tijelu, \u0161to tako\u0111er mo\u017ee utjecati na sagorijevanje masti. Tako\u0111er je povezan s <strong>pove\u0107anjem brzine metabolizma, pove\u0107anjem lipolize i bazalnog metabolizma.<\/strong> Njegove u\u010dinke potvrdila je i znanost. Jedno istra\u017eivanje usredoto\u010dilo se na potro\u0161nju kalorija i zaklju\u010dilo da se nakon unosa 50 mg p-sinefrina potro\u0161nja kalorija pove\u0107ala u prosjeku za 3,7% tijekom sljede\u0107ih 75 minuta. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[6\u20137]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U skladu s njegovim svojstvima tako\u0111er su nalazi revizijske studije koja uklju\u010duje 20 drugih studija i pribli\u017eno 360 ispitanika, u kojoj su ispitanici dobili ekstrakt gorke naran\u010de (Citrus aurantium), u kojem je glavni alkaloid p-sinefrin. Kod tih je ispitanika do\u0161lo do <strong>ubrzanja metabolizma tijekom mirovanja, ve\u0107e potro\u0161nje energije, a kada su se primjenjivali tijekom 6-12 tjedana, pokazivali su i mali gubitak kilograma.<\/strong> Tako\u0111er je potvr\u0111eno da sinefrin mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u <strong>smanjenju apetita.<\/strong> <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[7\u20139] <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao \u0161to je ve\u0107 spomenuto, <strong>sinefrin je dobar prijatelj s kofeinom<\/strong> i oni se savr\u0161eno nadopunjuju. Zahvaljuju\u0107i sinergijskom u\u010dinku, mo\u017eete ih kombinirati kako biste malo pove\u0107ali broj spaljenih kalorija tijekom treninga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preporu\u010dena pojedina\u010dna doza je 10-20 mg,<\/strong> koja se treba uzimati 3 puta dnevno. U\u010dinak EGCG-a tako\u0111er potvr\u0111uju mnoga istra\u017eivanja koja su otkrila da <strong>poma\u017ee u pove\u0107anju potro\u0161nje energije i oksidaciji masti.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[10\u201311]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, postoje i studije koje su prou\u010davale izravni u\u010dinak <strong>EGCG-a zajedno s kofeinom<\/strong> na mr\u0161avljenje. Rezultati pokazuju da je svakodnevna konzumacija zelenog \u010daja koji sadr\u017ei doze od 100-460 mg EGCG zajedno s 80-300 mg kofeina tijekom najmanje 12 tjedana rezultirala <strong>statisti\u010dki zna\u010dajnim gubitkom te\u017eine i smanjenjem postotka tjelesne masti. <\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[12]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zna\u010dajni u\u010dinci primje\u0107uju se pri dnevnoj dozi od pribli\u017eno 400-500 mg EGCG. <\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[29]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Konjugirana linolna kiselina (CLA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/cla-1000-mg-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">CLA ili konjugirana linolna kiselina<\/a> dobro je poznata ljudima koji poku\u0161avaju smr\u0161aviti jer je \u010desto povezana sa <strong>smanjenjem apetita, pove\u0107anjem brzine metabolizma i poticanjem razgradnje masti.<\/strong> Sa sigurno\u0161\u0107u mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da poma\u017ee u odr\u017eavanju normalne razine kolesterola u krvi, \u0161to mo\u017ee imati odre\u0111eni <strong>u\u010dinak na tjelesnu te\u017einu.<\/strong> Me\u0111utim, ljudske studije se razlikuju u zaklju\u010dku ima li CLA zna\u010dajan u\u010dinak na gubitak te\u017eine. U na\u0161em tijelu djeluje kao \u201enosa\u010d\u201d koji transportira masti (masne kiseline) u stanice, gdje se sagorijevaju za energiju. Prema sustavnom pregledu metaanaliza, koji je obuhvatio 9 studija, skupine ljudi lije\u010dene l-karnitinom izgubile su znatno vi\u0161e kilograma od kontrolnih skupina. U skladu s tim, postoji jo\u0161 jedna metaanaliza koja uklju\u010duje 37 kontroliranih studija koja tako\u0111er potvr\u0111uje <strong>umjereni u\u010dinak l-karnitina na gubitak te\u017eine.<\/strong> Druga studija u kojoj je l-karnitin primijenjen na pretilim \u017eenama pola sata prije hodanja nije pokazala statisti\u010dki zna\u010dajnu razliku u gubitku te\u017eine izme\u0111u skupine koja je unosila tvar i kontrolne skupine. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[16\u201317] [19]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Drugo istra\u017eivanje pokazalo je da je kod vi\u0161ih razina karnitina u mi\u0161i\u0107ima do\u0161lo do <strong>smanjenja potro\u0161nje zaliha glikogena<\/strong> tijekom vje\u017ebanja s niskom aktivno\u0161\u0107u (50% VO2max). Tijekom intenzivnijeg vje\u017ebanja (80% VO2 max) <strong>smanjen je laktat u mi\u0161i\u0107ima<\/strong> zbog karnitina. Osim toga, studija je pokazala da mo\u017ee <strong>pomo\u0107i u pove\u0107anju performansi za 11%<\/strong> (prou\u010dava se za 30-minutno vje\u017ebanje), \u0161to mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati koli\u010dinu spaljenih kalorija. Me\u0111utim, treba napomenuti da je <strong>dugoro\u010dna suplementacija<\/strong> potrebna za pove\u0107anje razine karnitina u mi\u0161i\u0107ima, idealno barem mjesec dana. <span karnitina je u rasponu od 500-2000 mg.<\/strong> Me\u0111utim, gore spomenute studije koristile su ve\u0107e doze. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color:
