When boiling, add <strong>pasta<\/strong> and <strong>cook until soft.<\/strong> After cooking, remove from the heat. <strong>Do not drain the water,<\/strong> it will form the <strong>basis of the sauce,<\/strong> but if there is a lot\/little of it, <strong>you can add or pour some milk\/water as needed.<\/strong> Then <strong>add grated hard cheese<\/strong> to the cooked pasta and mix until the cheese dissolves.
