Kaj pa Kolumb? \u010ceprav je Cort\u00e9s prinesel vzorce v Evropo, je pred njim&nbsp;<strong>Christopher Columbus<\/strong>&nbsp;\u017ee naletel na kakavova zrna.&nbsp;Leta&nbsp;<strong>1502&nbsp;<\/strong>je ujel kanuje s \u00bb\u010dudnimi mandlji\u00ab, za katere je v zgodovinski Mezoameriki menil, da so valuta. To je obdobje civilizacij, kot so&nbsp;<strong>Maji, Azteki ali Tolteki<\/strong>&nbsp;pred prihodom Kri\u0161tofa Kolumba in \u0160pancev. Vendar moramo pravi za\u010detek&nbsp;<u><a title=\"\u010cokolada\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/fitcheat-protein-chocolate-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">\u010dokolade<\/a><\/u>&nbsp;iskati&nbsp; v majevski kulturi, ki je verjetno&nbsp;<strong>prva gojila kakav \u017ee leta 400<\/strong>. Za poimenovanje rastline je uporabil njen azte\u0161ki izvor, ime je sestavljeno iz latinskega izraza \u201c<strong>theobroma<\/strong>\u201c, ki dobesedno pomeni&nbsp;<strong>\u201chrana bogov<\/strong>\u201c, in azte\u0161ke besede xocolatl.<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> [1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Si danes lahko predstavljate svet&nbsp;<strong>sladkarij, sla\u0161\u010dic in celo hrane<\/strong>&nbsp;brez \u010dokolade? \u017de ve\u010d generacij je del na\u0161ega \u017eivljenja in mnogi med nami so na\u0161li svoje najljub\u0161e dobrote v paleti \u010dokoladnih izdelkov. Vsekakor je vredno omeniti&nbsp;<strong>nekaj sladkih mejnikov v zgodovini<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1815 \u2013 Conread Van Houten ustvari&nbsp;<strong>kakavovo maslo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1879 \u2013 Rudolph Lindt naredi&nbsp;<strong>prvo temno \u010dokolado po metodi conchinga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1923 \u2013 Frank Mars izumi legendarni<strong>&nbsp;Milky Way<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1964 \u2013&nbsp;<\/strong>Rodi se prva<strong>&nbsp;steklenica Nutelle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1974 \u2013 Za\u010dne se proizvodnja kultnega<strong>&nbsp;jajca Kinder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poraba \u010dokolade na svetu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Danes je kakav zelo priljubljena surovina, kakavovi izdelki pa so&nbsp;<strong>priljubljeni ne samo pri otrocih<\/strong>. \u010cokolada ima celo svoj mednarodni dan \u2013&nbsp;<strong>29. november.<\/strong>&nbsp;Po statisti\u010dnih podatkih iz leta 2017 so bili&nbsp;<strong>\u0160vicarji&nbsp;<\/strong>na vrhu po porabi \u010dokolade na prebivalca, sledili so ji&nbsp;<strong>Avstrijci in Nemci<\/strong>, na Japonskem in Kitajskem pa ni tako priljubljena <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5] [6]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0160vica &#8211; 8.8 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avstrija &#8211; 8.1 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nem\u010dija &#8211; 7.9 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rusija &#8211; 4.8 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ZDA &#8211; 4.4 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Francija &#8211; 4.3 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Japonska &#8211; 1.2 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kitajska &#8211; 0.1 kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Priljubljenost \u010dokolade v&nbsp;<strong>\u0160vici<\/strong>&nbsp;ni tako presene\u010denje, saj je dr\u017eava sama znana po izjemni kakovosti \u010dokoladnih izdelkov. \u010ce ste kdaj okusili kak\u0161en njihov legendarni izdelek, na primer&nbsp;<strong>Toblerone<\/strong>, se boste zagotovo strinjali, da gre za vi\u0161jo ligo. \u010cokolada je kon\u010dni izdelek, v za\u010detku pa je kakavovo drevo, na katerem so&nbsp;<strong>plodovi s kakavovim zrnom<\/strong>.&nbsp;Enem drevesu zraste&nbsp;<strong>20-30 kakavovih plodov<\/strong>&nbsp;letno in v vsakem od njih je<strong>&nbsp;20-40 zrn<\/strong>. \u010ce prera\u010dunamo, dobimo&nbsp;<strong>400 \u2013 1200 kakavovih zrn<\/strong>&nbsp;z enega drevesa. Poleg tega je&nbsp;<strong>dele\u017e kmetov<\/strong>&nbsp;v prodajni ceni \u010dokolade pribli\u017eno&nbsp;<strong>6%<\/strong>, proizvajalci in trgovci pa 80%. Vendar je \u010dokolada sestavljena iz&nbsp;<strong>kakava v prahu, kakavovega masla in sladkorja<\/strong>. Seveda v primeru mle\u010dne \u010dokolade vsebuje tudi mleko v obliki prahu.
