Pod tim se misli i na znanstveni tim na Antarktiku. Mo\u017eda ste do sada smatrali da je konzumacija \u010dokolade siguran put prema<strong>&nbsp;pretilosti i zdravstvenim problemima<\/strong>. Ali \u0161to ako vam ka\u017eemo da je \u010dokolada u osnovi zdrava i ima nekoliko zdravstvenih koristi? Pro\u010ditajte \u010dlanak o podrijetlu,&nbsp;<strong>sastavu, prednostima i nedostacima<\/strong>&nbsp;ove&nbsp;<strong>\u201chrane bogova\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cokolada_i_njeno_podrijetlo\"><\/span>\u010cokolada i njeno podrijetlo<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cokolada je u Europu stigla<strong>&nbsp;s Ameri\u010dkog kontinenta<\/strong>kada su se europski mornari vratili.<strong>Hern\u00e1n Cort\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/strong>je&nbsp;poznati \u0161panjolski konkvistador i \u010dokolada se smatra jednim od njegovih otkri\u0107a. On je osobno donio \u010dokoladu<strong>kralju Georgeu V 1528. godine, <\/strong>zajedno sa drugim otkri\u0107ima iz Meksika. A \u0161to je s Kolumbom? Iako je Cort\u00e9s donio uzorke u Europu,<strong>Kristofor Kolumbo<\/strong>je ve\u0107 nai\u0161ao na zrna kakaa prije njega.&nbsp;<strong>Godine 1502.<\/strong>&nbsp;zarobio je kanue s \u201cbademima \u010dudnog izgleda\u201d, za koje je smatrao da su valuta u Mezoamerici. To je razdoblje civilizacije&nbsp;<strong>Maja, Azteka i Tolteka<\/strong>&nbsp;prije dolaska Kristofera Kolumba i \u0160panjolaca. Me\u0111utim, hajdemo se vratiti u pravi po\u010detak<a title=\"Fitcheat Protein Chocolate - Gymbeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/fitcheat-protein-chocolate-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">&nbsp;\u010dokolade<\/a>&nbsp;u kulturi Maja, koja je vjerojatno prva&nbsp;<strong>uzgajala kakao rane 400. godine<\/strong>. Maje su pripremale napitak od \u010dokolade, koji su nazivali<strong>&nbsp;\u201cxocolatl\u201d<\/strong>. To je bio napitak od mljevenog zrna kakaa, koje je&nbsp;<strong>otopljeno u vodi s cimetom i crnim paprom<\/strong>. Pi\u0107e su nazvali \u201chranom bogova\u201d, a posebno ga je obo\u017eavao&nbsp;<strong>azte\u010dki vladar Montezuma II<\/strong>, \u010dak je u\u017eivao u njemu nekoliko puta dnevno. Me\u0111utim, to nije bila uobi\u010dajena sirovina,&nbsp;<strong>zrna su se \u010duvala zajedno sa zlatom i dragim kamenjem i kori\u0161tena su kao sredstvo pla\u0107anja.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [3] [4]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Biljka je dobila slu\u017ebeno&nbsp;<strong>latinsko ime&nbsp;<em>Theobroma cacao<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;od \u0161vedskog znanstvenika &nbsp;<strong>Carla Linnaeus 1853. godine.<\/strong>&nbsp;On je koristio azte\u010dko podrijetlo za ime biljke, ime se sastoji od latinskog naziva&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;\u201ctheobroma\u201d<\/strong>,&nbsp;\u0161to doslovno zna\u010di&nbsp;<strong>\u201chrana bogova\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;i azte\u010dku rije\u010d xocolatl.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eete li danas zamisliti svijet<strong>&nbsp;slatki\u0161a, slasti\u010darskih proizvoda ili \u010dak hranu<\/strong>&nbsp;bez \u010dokolade? To je dio na\u0161eg \u017eivota ve\u0107 nekoliko generacija i mnogi od nas su prona\u0161li svoje omiljene slatke poslastice u asortimanu proizvoda. Svakako vrijedi spomenuti&nbsp;<strong>nekoliko slatkih prekretnica u povijesti<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1815 \u2013 Coenraad Van Houten je osmislio&nbsp;<strong>kakao maslac<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1879 \u2013 Rudolph Lindt je napravio<strong>&nbsp;prvu tamnu \u010dokoladu postupkom kon\u010diranja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1923 \u2013 Frank Mars je izumitelj legendarnog&nbsp;<strong>Milky Way-a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1964 \u2013 Nastala prva tegla<strong>&nbsp;Nutelle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1974 \u2013 Zapo\u010dinje proizvodnja slavnog<strong>&nbsp;Kinder jajeta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Konzumacija \u010dokolade na svijetu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kakao je danas veoma popularna sirovina, a proizvodi od kakaa nisu&nbsp;<strong>popularni samo kod djece<\/strong>. \u010cokolada \u010dak ima svoj me\u0111unarodni dan \u2013&nbsp;<strong>29. studeni<\/strong>. Prema statisti\u010dkim podacima iz 2017. godine,&nbsp;<strong>\u0161vicarci<\/strong>&nbsp;su bili na vrhu po potro\u0161nji \u010dokolade po glavi stanovnika, a slijedili su ih&nbsp;<strong>Austrijanci i Nijemci<\/strong>. \u010cokolada nije toliko popularna u Japanu i Kini <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5] [6]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0160vicarska &#8211; 8.8 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Austrija &#8211; 8.1 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Njema\u010dka &#8211; 7.9 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rusija &#8211; 4.8 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SAD &#8211; 4.4 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Francuska &#8211; 4.3 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Japan &#8211; 1.2 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kina &#8211; 0.1 kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Popularnost \u010dokolade u&nbsp;<strong>\u0160vicarskoj<\/strong>&nbsp;nije takvo iznena\u0111enje, jer je i sama zemlja poznata po izuzetno kvalitetnim proizvodima od \u010dokolade. Ako ste ikad probali neke od njihovih legendarnih proizvoda, poput&nbsp;<strong>Toblerone<\/strong>-a, sigurno \u0107ete se slo\u017eiti da je rije\u010d o vrhunskoj poslastici. \u010cokolada je krajnji proizvod, ali na po\u010detku imamo stablo kakaa (kakaovac), na kojem se nalaze&nbsp;<strong>plodovi koji u sebi sadr\u017ee kakao zrna<\/strong>. Plodovi stabla kakaa nalikuju zubima,&nbsp;<strong>20-30 plodova<\/strong>&nbsp;na jednom stablu raste godi\u0161nje, a u njima se nalazi&nbsp;<strong>20-40 zrna<\/strong>. Ako izra\u010dunamo, dobivamo&nbsp;<strong>400-1200 zrna kakaa<\/strong>&nbsp;ravno s jednog stabla. U prosjeku oni zara\u0111uju&nbsp;<strong>manje od 1 dolara dnevno<\/strong>. Osim toga,&nbsp;<strong>udio poljoprivrednika<\/strong>&nbsp;u prodajnoj cijeni je&nbsp;<strong>6%<\/strong>, dok proizvo\u0111a\u010di i trgovci zadr\u017eavaju 80%. Me\u0111utim, \u010dokolada se sastoji od&nbsp;<strong>kakaa u prahu, kakao maslaca<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>i \u0161e\u0107era<\/strong>. Naravno, u slu\u010daju mlije\u010dne \u010dokolade, \u010dokolada sadr\u017ei i mlijeko u prahu. U kakau mo\u017eete prona\u0107i mnogo zdravih tvari, poput<strong>&nbsp;polifenola,<\/strong>&nbsp;kojeg&nbsp;<strong>zeleni \u010daj<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>i crno vino<\/strong>&nbsp;sadr\u017ei manje. Za sve je va\u017eno spomenuti&nbsp;<strong>flavonoide<\/strong>&nbsp;i njihovu potkategoriju&nbsp;<strong>flavanola \u2013&nbsp;oligomerni proantocijanidin i katehin<\/strong>. Ostali sastojci uklju\u010duju&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/kofeini\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">kofein<\/a>,
