Mo\u017eno je, da je bil povezan z <strong>\u201cnegativno kalori\u010dno hrano\u201d<\/strong> ali \u201cnegativno kalori\u010dno prehrano\u201d (NCD). Morda niste vedeli, vendar telo nekatere kalorije v hrani porabi za predelavo hrane, nekatere pa izgorijo v obliki toplote. Lahko pa se sre\u010date tudi z imeni, ki so prevedena kot<em> \u201ctermogeneza, ki jo povzro\u010da prehrana\u201d<\/em> (DIT) ali <em>\u201cspecifi\u010dno dinami\u010dno delovanje\u201d<\/em> (SDA). <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[3]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Termi\u010dni u\u010dinek hrane<\/strong> se razlikuje glede na sestavine, ker telo potrebuje<strong> druga\u010dno koli\u010dino energije za predelavo<\/strong> beljakovin, ogljikovih hidratov in ma\u0161\u010dob. <strong>Najvi\u0161ji toplotni u\u010dinek<\/strong> ima hrana na osnovi beljakovin <strong>(20\u201330%).<\/strong> To pomeni, da ko zau\u017eijete <strong>100 kalorij beljakovin<\/strong>, se za njihovo predelavo porabi <strong>pribli\u017eno<\/strong> <strong>20-30 kalorij<\/strong>, tako pojeste le 70 kalorij. Pri absorpciji je treba upo\u0161tevati tudi izlo\u010dene kalorije, kot so vlaknine ali delno neprebavljiva hrana. Glavni argument, ki potrjuje, da izrecno \u201cni\u010d\u201d kalorij ne obstaja, je <strong>znanstvena \u0161tudija<\/strong>, opravljena na <strong>ku\u0161\u010darju<\/strong> (Pogona vitticeps). In kaj to pomeni?
