U ovom \u010dlanku \u0107emo vam objasniti postoje li <strong>namirnice<\/strong> za koje je <strong>potrebno vi\u0161e energije da se razgrade<\/strong>, nego \u0161to je imaju same. Pro\u010ditajte je li samo konzumacija celera, raj\u010dice i drugog povr\u0107a dobar na\u010din za <strong>mr\u0161avljenje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"negativne-kalorije-sto-je-to\"><strong>Negativne kalorije &#8211; \u0161to je to?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeste li se susreli s izrazom \u201cnegativne kalorije\u201d? Mogu\u0107e je da je povezano sa <strong>\u201chranom s negativnim kalorijama\u201d<\/strong> ili<strong> \u201cprehranom s negativnim kalorijama\u201d<\/strong> (NCD). To je prehrambeni koncept u kojem se konzumiraju namirnice s negativnim kalorijskim u\u010dinkom. To zna\u010di da je tijelu potrebno<strong> vi\u0161e energije da preradi te namirnice<\/strong>, nego \u0161to se nalazi u njima. Ova hipoteza pretpostavlja da \u0107e unos ove hrane rezultirati <strong>kalorijskim deficitom<\/strong>, \u0161to \u0107e ljudima koji poku\u0161avaju <strong>smanjiti tjelesnu te\u017einu<\/strong> zvu\u010dati zanimljivo. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1] [2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"termicki-ucinak-hrane\">Termi\u010dki u\u010dinak hrane<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljudskom tijelu je potrebna <strong>energija koju dobiva iz hrane<\/strong> za sve aktivnosti, ali mu je potrebna i odre\u0111ena koli\u010dina energije da konzumira tu hranu i da <strong>je preradi<\/strong>. Mo\u017eda niste znali, ali tijelo neke kalorije iz hrane koristi da je preradi, a neke da je sagori u obliku topline. Jedan od pojmova koji se odnosi na ovaj proces je<strong> termi\u010dki u\u010dinak hrane<\/strong> (TEF). Me\u0111utim, mo\u017eete se susresti i s nazivima koji se slobodno prevode kao \u201c<em>termogeneza izazvana prehranom<\/em>\u201d (DIT \u2013 diet-induced thermogenesis) ili \u201c<em>specifi\u010dno dinami\u010dko djelovanje<\/em>\u201d (SDA \u2013 specific dynamic action). <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[3]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Termi\u010dki u\u010dinak hrane <\/strong>se razlikuje ovisno o njezinim komponentama, jer je tijelu potrebna<strong> razli\u010dita koli\u010dina energije za preradu<\/strong> proteina, ugljikohidrata i masti. <strong>Najve\u0107i termi\u010dki u\u010dinak<\/strong> hrane ima prehrana koja je bazirana na proteinima <strong>(20 \u2013 30%)<\/strong>. To zna\u010di da kada konzumirate <strong>100 kalorija proteina, od prilike 20 \u2013 30 kalorija<\/strong> tijelo potro\u0161i za razgradnju, zna\u010di vi unesete samo 70 kalorija. Kod tradicionalne prehrane, termalni u\u010dinak predstavlja <strong>oko 10% kalorijskog unosa<\/strong>. Me\u0111utim, to ovisi o sastavu prehrane, jer ru\u010dak u kojem prevladavaju proteini u odnosu na masti ima razli\u010dit toplinski u\u010dinak. Potrebno je tako\u0111er uzeti u obzir i kalorije koje se izlu\u010duju nakon apsorpcije, kao \u0161to su vlakna ili djelomi\u010dno neprobavljena hrana. To mo\u017eemo izraziti, na primjer, jednad\u017ebom <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ukupan broj unesenih kalorija \u2013 \u201cisklju\u010dene kalorije\u201d \u2013 toplinski u\u010dinak hrane = kalorije prikladne za upotrebu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"postoje-li-namirnice-s-negativnim-kalorijama\"><strong>Postoje li namirnice s negativnim kalorijama?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideja o prehrani u kojoj jedete samo namirnice s negativnim kalorijama i gubite na te\u017eini je primamljiva. Na internetu mo\u017eete prona\u0107i primjere ovakve prehrane, obi\u010dno su to <strong>povr\u0107e ili vo\u0107e.<\/strong> Jedan od njih je, primjerice <strong>celer,<\/strong> jer ga uglavnom <strong>\u010dine voda i vlakna<\/strong>. To potvr\u0111uje i skepti\u010dan stav nekoliko lije\u010dnika i nutricionista. Glavni argument koji potvr\u0111uje da eksplicitne \u201czero\u201d kalorije ne postoje, je <strong>znanstveno istra\u017eivanje<\/strong> provedeno na <strong>gu\u0161terima<\/strong> (Pogona vitticeps). Za sve \u010dlanke koristimo rezultate istra\u017eivanja provedenih samo na ljudima, ali u ovom slu\u010daju, napravit \u0107emo iznimku. Za to\u010dne rezultate, kori\u0161ten je stroj za <strong>mjerenje brzine metabolizma i energije, koja je potrebna za probavu celera. 33% kalorija<\/strong> je potro\u0161eno za <strong>probavu, a 43% je izlu\u010deno,<\/strong> \u0161to na\u017ealost ne predstavlja 100%. Razlika je u <strong>24% kalorija<\/strong> od sirovog celera narezanog na kockice. Primjeri namirnica sa zero-kalorijama od <strong>povr\u0107a i vo\u0107a<\/strong> spadaju one s <strong>visokim sadr\u017eajem vode<\/strong>. Zbog visokog udjela vlakana i vode za njihovu preradu nije potrebna velika koli\u010dina energije. \u0160to to zna\u010di?
