Pr\u00e1v\u011b tam za\u010dal Erko <strong>rozv\u00edjet svoji l\u00e1sku k bojov\u00fdm sport\u016fm taekwondo a kickbox.<\/strong> B\u011bhem jednoho z intenzivn\u00edch kontaktn\u00edch tr\u00e9nink\u016f se sv\u00fdm otcem se v\u0161ak zranil a <strong>t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u0159i\u0161el o cit v prav\u00e9 noze.<\/strong> V t\u00e9 chv\u00edli se v n\u011bm <strong>probudila jeho v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e1 povaha<\/strong>, a jeliko\u017e nemohl naplno tr\u00e9novat, <strong>vyb\u00edjel si energii v pouli\u010dn\u00edch bitk\u00e1ch.<\/strong> Pomocnou ruku mu v\u0161ak v tomto temn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed podal<strong> tren\u00e9r Bill Richardson,<\/strong> kter\u00fd mu uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee nic nen\u00ed ztracen\u00e9. KSW je jedna z <strong>pop\u0159edn\u00edch organizac\u00ed sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fdch bojov\u00fdch um\u011bn\u00ed v Evrop\u011b.<\/strong> B\u011bhem z\u00e1pasu dok\u00e1zal u\u017e v <strong>prvn\u00edm kole darovat &#8220;KO&#8221;<\/strong> sv\u00e9mu soupe\u0159i <strong>Tomaszovi<\/strong> <strong>O\u015bwieci\u0144sk\u00e9mu.&nbsp;<\/strong>V \u0159\u00edjnu toho stejn\u00e9ho roku zopakoval sv\u016fj \u00fasp\u011bch z prvn\u00edho souboje a na<strong> galave\u010deru KSW 45<\/strong> porazil v prvn\u00ed kole<strong> rappera Pawla Miko\u0142ajuwa. <\/strong>Na <strong>49. galave\u010deru KSW<\/strong> dokonce vy\u0159adil i soupe\u0159e <strong>Akopa Szostaka u\u017e za necel\u00fdch 36 sekund z\u00e1pasu.<\/strong> Osudn\u00fdm se mu stal z\u00e1pas s jedn\u00edm z <strong>nejlep\u0161\u00edch bojovn\u00edk\u016f v KSW Mariuszem Pudzianowskim<\/strong>, kter\u00fd ho vy\u0159adil v druh\u00e9m kole. Ano, miluji tanec! Od ran\u00e9ho v\u011bku m\u011b m\u016fj otec vedl ke sportu, zejm\u00e9na k tomu bojov\u00e9mu. Za\u010dal jsem s karate a taekwondem. Vlastn\u011b taekwondo bylo prvn\u00edm sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fdm bojov\u00fdm um\u011bn\u00edm, kter\u00e9 jsem vyzkou\u0161el. Od t\u00e9 doby neust\u00e1le tr\u00e9nuji a miluji sport. Kter\u00e9 z nich t\u011b napl\u0148uje nejv\u00edce a pomohlo ti dostat se tam, kde jsi te\u010f?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u010dal jsem taekwondem, kter\u00e9 vytvo\u0159ilo z\u00e1klad m\u00fdch znalost\u00ed bojov\u00e9ho um\u011bn\u00ed, a dodnes ho vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m p\u0159i boji ve stoje. N\u00e1sledn\u011b jsem vyzkou\u0161el kickbox a zjistil jsem, \u017ee mi je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce vyhovuje, ale st\u00e1le jsem \u010derpal z m\u00fdch z\u00e1klad\u016f z taekwonda, hlavn\u011b p\u0159i kopech a boxov\u00e1n\u00ed. Mus\u00edm se v\u00e1m p\u0159iznat, \u017ee te\u010f po n\u011bjak\u00e9m \u010dase jsem se zamiloval do wrestlingu, kter\u00fd se stal m\u00fdm obl\u00edben\u00fdm sportem. L\u00edb\u00ed se mi jeho intenzita a to, \u017ee je to opravdu n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li><strong>P\u0159ejd\u011bme te\u010f trochu na tvoje d\u011btstv\u00ed. Jako dvoulet\u00fd jsi spolu s rodinou emigroval z Bosny a Hercegoviny kv\u016fli v\u00e1lce. Pamatuje\u0161 si n\u011bco z toho obdob\u00ed?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed si toho mnoho nepamatuji, jeliko\u017e jsem byl je\u0161t\u011b mal\u00fd chlapec, ale moji rodi\u010de si toho b\u011bhem v\u00e1lky za\u017eili opravdu hodn\u011b. Spole\u010dn\u011b jsme se p\u0159est\u011bhovali do N\u011bmecka, kde jsme \u017eili jeden rok. Potom jsme se op\u011bt st\u011bhovali, tentokr\u00e1t u\u017e do Belgie. Tady jsem za\u010dal \u017e\u00edt sv\u016fj nov\u00fd \u017eivot. Moji rodi\u010de ale vid\u011bli spoustu zl\u00e9ho, proto bylo dob\u0159e, \u017ee u\u017e nemuseli za\u017e\u00edvat podobn\u00e9 hr\u016fzy. Pro\u010d tomu tak bylo, a pokud by ses mohl vr\u00e1tit v \u010dase, zm\u011bnil bys n\u011bco?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00edm d\u016fvodem bylo, \u017ee jsem m\u011bl hodn\u011b probl\u00e9m\u016f, \u0159ekn\u011bme, \u017ee jsem se doma nec\u00edtil dob\u0159e. Tak\u017ee jsem neust\u00e1le ut\u00edkal ven, r\u00e1d jsem se jen tak toulal a dost\u00e1val se do probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 obvykle skon\u010dily bitkou. Nav\u00edc jsem nem\u011bl r\u00e1d \u0161kolu a ur\u010dit\u011b jsem nepat\u0159il ke vzorn\u00fdm \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm. Nejsem na to velmi hrd\u00fd, ale v\u0161echny ty t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 situace, kter\u00fdmi jsem si pro\u0161el, ze m\u011b ud\u011blaly mu\u017ee, jak\u00fdm jsem dnes. V\u0161echny ty pouli\u010dn\u00ed bitky, tr\u00e1ven\u00ed \u010dasu na ulici a podobn\u011b &#8211; nic bych nem\u011bnil. Akor\u00e1t bych odk\u00e1zal mlad\u00fdm lidem, aby chodili do \u0161koly, proto\u017ee je to opravdu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a pot\u0159ebn\u00e9. Stejn\u011b tak to rad\u00edm i sv\u00e9mu d\u00edt\u011bti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li><strong>Potom se ale stala zm\u011bna, kter\u00e1 t\u011b posunula d\u00e1l. Co to bylo?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Zm\u011bnilo se to, \u017ee jsem se p\u0159es kamar\u00e1da dostal do posilovny, kde se m\u011b ujal v\u00fdborn\u00fd tren\u00e9r Bill Richardson. Ten vid\u011bl, \u017ee jsem dost agresivn\u00ed, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 aktivn\u00ed chlapec. P\u0159esn\u011b takov\u00fd jsem v t\u00e9 dob\u011b opravdu byl. Vzal m\u011b proto &#8220;pod sv\u00e1 ochrann\u00e1 k\u0159\u00eddla&#8221; a nau\u010dil m\u011b, jak p\u0159en\u00e9st v\u0161echny sv\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, energii a agresivitu do sportu. To mi velmi pomohlo. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je vydr\u017eet a nevzdat se. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku to bylo s Billem t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, doslova m\u011b cht\u011bl zab\u00edt. Abyste m\u011bli jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavu, tr\u00e9noval jsem tak tvrd\u011b, \u017ee jsem se po tr\u00e9ninku nezvl\u00e1dal vr\u00e1tit na kole dom\u016f, ani p\u011b\u0161ky. A p\u0159esn\u011b to bylo jeho c\u00edlem, abych tr\u00e9noval tak tvrd\u011b, \u017ee zapomenu na poflakov\u00e1n\u00ed se, bitky venku a na v\u0161echny probl\u00e9my. Musel jsem po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b makat na tr\u00e9ninku, potom j\u00edt rovnou dom\u016f, a vr\u00e1tit se druh\u00fd den. A kupodivu jsem si to obl\u00edbil, motivovalo m\u011b to a hnalo vp\u0159ed. Tak\u00e9 jsem si v\u0161imnul, \u017ee to pot\u011b\u0161ilo i moji m\u00e1mu, kter\u00e1 byla kone\u010dn\u011b r\u00e1da, \u017ee se netoul\u00e1m po venku a neut\u00edk\u00e1m z domu. P\u0159ed tr\u00e9ninky s Billem Richardsonem jsem cvi\u010dil s\u00e1m, jeliko\u017e jsem cht\u011bl za\u010d\u00edt s fitness kv\u016fli probl\u00e9m\u016fm s nohou. No a nebylo to moje nejlep\u0161\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed. Ale kdy\u017e jste mlad\u00ed, tak si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee v\u0161echno v\u00edte nejl\u00e9pe, a to byl i m\u016fj nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Je to ale lidsk\u00e9. Myslel jsem si, \u017ee v\u0161echno v\u00edm, a cht\u011bl jsem d\u011blat v\u0161echno po sv\u00e9m, ale d\u00edky Billovi jsem pochopil, \u017ee mus\u00edm poslouchat star\u0161\u00ed a zku\u0161en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, aby m\u011b nau\u010dili, co je spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 a co ne. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 um\u011bt p\u0159ijmout kritiku. Jestli je k v\u00e1m n\u011bkdo kritick\u00fd, je t\u0159eba ho vyslechnout a sna\u017eit se pochopit. N\u00e1sledn\u011b v\u00e1m doporu\u010duji danou chybu zm\u011bnit, jinak jste se z kritiky nic nenau\u010dili a nikam v\u00e1s neposune. Ale mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se to s MMA ned\u00e1 porovnat. Tam se mi stalo p\u00e1r v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch \u00faraz\u016f. P\u0159i MMA toti\u017e nikdy nev\u00edte, kdy se v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bco st\u00e1t. Ud\u011bl\u00e1te malou chybu a hned m\u00e1te probl\u00e9m, nap\u0159\u00edklad s kolenem, loktem nebo rukou. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee 90 % lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se zranili p\u0159i MMA, jdou dom\u016f s t\u00edm, \u017ee se na tr\u00e9nink u\u017e nikdy nevr\u00e1t\u00ed. Zran\u011bn\u00ed jsou ale p\u0159i MMA \u010dast\u00e9. J\u00e1 jsem m\u011bl t\u0159ikr\u00e1t zlomen\u00fd nos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Stane se, \u017ee se v\u00e1m natrhne ucho, bol\u00ed v\u00e1s lokty, praskne v\u00e1m p\u00e1r kost\u00ed, ale pokud n\u011bco opravdu milujete, tak se k tomu v\u017edy vr\u00e1t\u00edte. A to m\u011b poh\u00e1n\u00ed vp\u0159ed. Plus moje povaha, kter\u00e1 m\u011b nut\u00ed v\u0161em dok\u00e1zat, \u017ee to zvl\u00e1dnu. Byly v\u0161ak chv\u00edle, kdy jsem s t\u00edm cht\u011bl seknout, ale v rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed moment jsem se zastavil a vzpamatoval se. D\u011blo se to zejm\u00e9na p\u0159ed z\u00e1pasy a mysl\u00edm, \u017ee hodn\u011b fighter\u016f mi te\u010f rozum\u00ed. \u010cek\u00e1te na z\u00e1pas a sebe sam\u00e9ho se pt\u00e1te, co je na tom vlastn\u011b dobr\u00e9ho. Ale kdy\u017e u\u017e z\u00e1pas\u00edte, a zejm\u00e9na kdy\u017e zv\u00edt\u011bz\u00edte, tak je to nenahraditeln\u00fd pocit. A ten pocit je pr\u00e1v\u011b to, co v\u00e1s \u017eene vp\u0159ed, proto\u017ee ho chcete za\u017e\u00edt znovu &#8211; \u00fa\u017easn\u00fd pocit v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"9\"><li><strong>Co t\u011b p\u0159inutilo i nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d zran\u011bn\u00edm pokra\u010dovat d\u00e1l a nevzdat se?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee to byl m\u016fj charakter, kter\u00fd m\u011b p\u0159inutil nau\u010dit se s t\u00edm \u017e\u00edt. Osobnost se formuje zejm\u00e9na v d\u011btstv\u00ed, kdy m\u00e1 na v\u00e1s v\u0161echno obrovsk\u00fd vliv. V\u0161echno, co vid\u00edte, co se d\u011bje doma, ale i to, kdo v\u00e1s u\u010d\u00ed. V\u017edy jsem se sna\u017eil okol\u00ed uk\u00e1zat v \u010dem jsem byl dobr\u00fd. Kdy\u017e jsem desetkr\u00e1t spadnul, vstal jsem a zkusil to znovu. Je to siln\u00e1 sou\u010d\u00e1st m\u00e9ho charakteru, co\u017e je velk\u00fdm plusem p\u0159i moj\u00ed sportovn\u00ed kapacit\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"10\"><li><strong>V\u00edme, \u017ee motivace je z\u00e1klad. Co nebo kdo motivuje tebe?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaprv\u00e9 je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 m\u00edt v\u017edy okolo sebe spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 lidi, p\u0159\u00e1tele a zn\u00e1m\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed pohled na sv\u011bt. Pr\u00e1v\u011b to v\u00e1s udr\u017e\u00ed na t\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 cest\u011b. Tito lid\u00e9 by v\u0161ak m\u011bli m\u00edt sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed c\u00edl, a\u0165 u\u017e ve sportu nebo v n\u011b\u010dem jin\u00e9m. Proto\u017ee pokud se obklop\u00edte negativn\u00edmi lidmi, brzy budete \u00fapln\u011b stejn\u00ed. Za druh\u00e9 sleduji \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 z\u00e1pasn\u00edky, atlety a herce, nebo kohokoliv, kdo m\u011b n\u011bjak motivuje. Nav\u00edc m\u011b motivuj\u00ed i lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed nemaj\u00ed skoro nic a nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d tomu jsou \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed. \u0158ekn\u011bme \u017ee t\u0159eba lid\u00e9 na voz\u00ed\u010dku, kte\u0159\u00ed nemohou chodit, nebo lid\u00e9 s minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdou. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed jsou schopn\u00ed st\u011b\u017eovat si na \u00fapln\u00e9 mali\u010dkosti a na v\u0161echno odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed &#8211; dnes jsem p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 unaven\u00fd, nic se mi nechce a podobn\u011b. Koupil jsem si letenku z vlastn\u00edch pen\u011bz a s\u00e1m jsem se vydal do Ameriky. Potom jsem let\u011bl do Ruska a \u010c\u00edny, vyt\u011b\u017eit co nejv\u00edce ze sv\u00e9 kari\u00e9ry. Ob\u010das jsem riskoval a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161, n\u011bkdy to vy\u0161lo a jindy ne, ale to je \u017eivot. Nap\u0159\u00edklad m\u016fj \u00fapln\u011b prvn\u00ed z\u00e1pas byl obrovsk\u00fd risk, proto\u017ee \u0161lo o moje jm\u00e9no a to, jak si m\u011b budou lid\u00e9 pamatovat. Kdy\u017e jsem se poprv\u00e9 postavil do klece, sledovalo m\u011b 18 000 lid\u00ed na\u017eivo i online. Nikdo netu\u0161il, kdo je tento fighter s fitness backgroundem. Riskoval jsem a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161, jeliko\u017e jsem pokojn\u011b mohl prohr\u00e1t. V tom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b by na m\u011b v\u0161ichni okam\u017eit\u011b zapomn\u011bli, ale mohl jsem tak\u00e9 vyhr\u00e1t. P\u0159edvedl jsem dobr\u00fd v\u00fdkon a probojoval jsem se do sv\u011bta MMA. Kdy\u017e se mi poda\u0159ilo ud\u011blat tento obrovsk\u00fd krok, m\u016fj \u017eivot se \u00fapln\u011b zm\u011bnil. Jak vypad\u00e1 tv\u016fj tr\u00e9nink v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 dny, a jak p\u0159ed sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed nebo z\u00e1pasem?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Den za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m obvykle okolo 10 r\u00e1no, jeliko\u017e miluji sp\u00e1nek a jsem p\u0159esn\u00fdm opakem rann\u00edho pt\u00e1\u010dete. Obvykle d\u011bl\u00e1m d\u0159ep s mrtv\u00fdm tahem, tlak na lavi\u010dce, \u010dist\u00fd mrtv\u00fd tah nebo military press (tlak s velkou \u010dinkou p\u0159ed hlavou). Jestli m\u00e1m b\u00fdt up\u0159\u00edmn\u00fd, nejrad\u011bji m\u00e1m mrtv\u00fd tah, ale miluji i d\u0159epy, tlaky na lavi\u010dce, vlastn\u011b asi v\u0161echno. A takto n\u011bjak vypad\u00e1 m\u016fj silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink jednou nebo maxim\u00e1ln\u011b dvakr\u00e1t do t\u00fddne, abych si udr\u017eel s\u00edlu a v\u00fdbu\u0161nost. P\u0159edt\u00edm to ale bylo jin\u00e9, byl jsem zvykl\u00fd tr\u00e9novat ka\u017ed\u00fd den. Tehdy jsem pravideln\u011b cvi\u010dil ramena, to jsem m\u011bl velmi r\u00e1d, proto\u017ee se dok\u00e1zaly rychle nafouknout a byly jednodu\u0161e obrovsk\u00e9. U\u017e to ale ned\u011bl\u00e1m, proto\u017ee moje ramena by se rychle okysli\u010dily, a to by v MMA ani ve wrestlingu nefungovalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"16\"><li><strong>D\u011bl\u00e1\u0161 i kardio? Pokud ano, kter\u00e9 preferuje\u0161?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ano, d\u011bl\u00e1m kardio. D\u0159\u00edve jsem d\u011blal m\u00e9n\u011b kardia, ale te\u010f m\u00edv\u00e1m obvykle intervalov\u00e9 i kruhov\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninky dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b, ale jsou opravdu intenzivn\u00ed. Obvykle jeden okruh trv\u00e1 5 minut a ud\u011bl\u00e1m ho p\u011btkr\u00e1t, nebo d\u011bl\u00e1m t\u0159\u00edminutov\u00fd okruh dev\u011btkr\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"17\"><li><strong>Co tv\u016fj j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek? Velmi r\u00e1d j\u00edm a sn\u00edm skoro v\u0161echno. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b 3 j\u00eddla denn\u011b m\u00e1m st\u00e1le striktn\u00ed, a to ovesn\u00e9 vlo\u010dky a potom cottage cheese. Krom\u011b toho si ale dop\u0159eji cokoliv, na co m\u00e1m pr\u00e1v\u011b chu\u0165, proto\u017ee to i tak sp\u00e1l\u00edm a z\u016fstanu ve form\u011b. B\u011bhem p\u0159\u00edpravy na sout\u011b\u017e v\u0161ak strav\u011b v\u011bnuji v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozornost. Je to zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed, proto\u017ee p\u0159edt\u00edm jsem si v\u017edy myslel, \u017ee mus\u00edm j\u00edt do fitka ka\u017ed\u00fd den, \u017ee mi svaly zmiznou, kdy\u017e dva dny nebudu cvi\u010dit. Ale u\u017e si to v\u016fbec nemysl\u00edm. I kdy\u017e se u\u017e fitness nev\u011bnuji, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b tak jednou za t\u00fdden, formu si st\u00e1le udr\u017euji. Je to p\u0159irozen\u00e9, proto\u017ee jsem se fitness v\u011bnoval dost dlouho. Ale d\u011bl\u00e1m to i kv\u016fli MMA, ve kter\u00e9m tak\u00e9 zapojuji obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed sval\u016f.
