Jednou skupinou jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>p\u0159\u00edznivci tzv. nutrigenomiky, <\/strong>kte\u0159\u00ed v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee j\u00eddlo m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit na\u0161e geny. Podle zast\u00e1nc\u016f tohoto sm\u011bru plat\u00ed, \u017ee<strong> j\u00eddlo, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me, d\u00e1v\u00e1 genetick\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy na\u0161emu t\u011blu. <\/strong>Podle t\u011bchto zpr\u00e1v se pak \u0159\u00edd\u00ed v\u0161echny molekuly, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed metabolismus.
