Den K\u00fcrbis halbieren und die Kerne entfernen. Dann den K\u00fcrbis ca. 50 Minuten kochen oder bis er <strong>weich genug<\/strong> ist. Nach dem Abk\u00fchlen sch\u00e4len und <strong>mit dem Stabmixer zu einem glatten P\u00fcree p\u00fcrieren<\/strong>. In einer anderen Sch\u00fcssel die F\u00fcllung zubereiten &#8211; Quark, S\u00fc\u00dfstoff nach Geschmack und einen Teel\u00f6ffel Zitronensaft vermischen. Sobald der Teig und die F\u00fcllung fertig sind, kann mit dem Einf\u00fcllen in die <strong>Silikonmuffinf\u00f6rmchen<\/strong> begonnen werden. <strong>Einen Essl\u00f6ffel Teig in die Form geben<\/strong>, dann <strong>einen kleinen L\u00f6ffel Quarkf\u00fcllung<\/strong> und <strong>einen L\u00f6ffel Teig, um die F\u00fcllung zu bedecken<\/strong>. Die so vorbereiteten Muffins <strong>in den Ofen<\/strong> schieben und <strong>ca. 20 Minuten bei 180 \u00b0C<\/strong> backen.
