Cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds. Subsequently, bake it up for approximately 50 minutes or until the pumpkin is <strong>soft enough<\/strong>. After cooling, peel it and <strong>mix it with a stick mixer into a smooth puree<\/strong>. Meanwhile, mix all the dry ingredients in the bowl, such as flour, oat flakes, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein-just-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">protein<\/a>, <a title=\"erythritol\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/erythritol-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">Erythrite<\/a>, all the seasonings for flavouring and baking powder. Then add the eggs, pumpkin puree, milk and liquid coconut oil and mix again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After <strong>mixing the dry and liquid ingredients<\/strong> into the dough, add the chopped <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/almonds-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>almonds<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> In another bowl, prepare the filling &#8211; mix curd, sweetener to taste and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Once the dough and the filling are ready, we can start dispensing it into <strong>silicone muffin cups<\/strong>. Add <strong>1 tablespoon of dough<\/strong> to the basket, then <strong>a small spoon of curd filling<\/strong> and <strong>one spoon of dough<\/strong> on top to cover the filling. Place the muffins so prepared <strong>in the oven<\/strong> and bake them for about <strong>20 minutes at 180\u00b0 C<\/strong>.
