V praxi se v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017eeme setkat i s t\u00edm, \u017ee jsou mu p\u0159ipisov\u00e1ny r\u016fzn\u00e9 \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky, kter\u00e9 z v\u011bdeck\u00fdch fakt\u016f p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00ed k fantazi\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste se ji\u017e nejednou setkali s nepravdiv\u00fdm tvrzen\u00edm, \u017ee kreatin na t\u011blo p\u016fsob\u00ed jako steroidy. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b, \u017ee pom\u00e1h\u00e1 budovat svaly, ani\u017e byste museli cvi\u010dit. Prim\u00e1rn\u011b vznik\u00e1 v j\u00e1trech a men\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl na jeho tvorb\u011b maj\u00ed i ledviny a slinivka. Pak se na\u0161e ATP energie vy\u010derp\u00e1. <strong>Zde do hry vstupuje kreatin&nbsp;<\/strong>v\u00e1zan\u00fd na fosf\u00e1tov\u00fd anion. Spolu vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed tzv. kreatin fosf\u00e1t, <strong>kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 na v\u00fdrobu nov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby energie z ATP.&nbsp;<\/strong>V praxi je to pr\u00e1v\u011b kreatin, kter\u00fd&nbsp;<strong>m\u016f\u017ee pomoci podat intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon po del\u0161\u00ed dobu&nbsp;<\/strong>a odd\u00e1lit tak vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed ATP, kter\u00e9 je spojeno s poklesem v\u00fdkonnosti.&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[5] [6]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nejcastejsi_myty_ktere_koluji_o_kreatinu\"><\/span>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00fdty, kter\u00e9 koluj\u00ed o kreatinu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kreatin je nejen jeden z nejpopul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dopl\u0148k\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 jeden z nejv\u00edce nepochopen\u00fdch, a to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee na n\u011bm <strong>dosud <\/strong><strong>bylo provedeno nejv\u00edce studi\u00ed ze v\u0161ech dopl\u0148k\u016f v\u00fd\u017eivy. <\/strong>Koluj\u00ed o n\u011bm r\u016fzn\u00e9 m\u00fdty, kter\u00e9 bychom cht\u011bli vyvr\u00e1tit. Prohl\u00e9dn\u011bte si proto p\u0159ehled n\u011bkolika nepravdiv\u00fdch tvrzen\u00ed o kreatinu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. M\u00fdtus: Kreatin p\u016fsob\u00ed na na\u0161e t\u011blo jako anabolika<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kreatin m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt k budov\u00e1n\u00ed svalov\u00e9 hmoty a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed s\u00edly. Podle v\u00fdzkumu University of Leuven v Belgii v\u0161ak nem\u011bn\u00ed anabolick\u00e9 hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed reakce na tr\u00e9nink. Pr\u00e1v\u011b z toho je odvozen jeho p\u0159\u00edvlastek &#8211; monohydr\u00e1t.
