Nakon \u0161to se ispe\u010de i ohladi, bundevu ogulimo i \u0161tapnim mikserom <strong>izmiksamo u glatki pire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu posolimo pile\u0107a prsa koja lagano <strong>prepe\u010demo s obje strane<\/strong> na tavi s malo <a title=\"Maslinovo ulje u spreju\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/sprej-za-kuhanje-olive-oil-cooking-spray-201g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">maslinovog ulja<\/a>. Zatim ih podlijemo s malom koli\u010dinom vode, poklopimo lonac i <strong>pirjamo pile\u0107a prsa dok ne omek\u0161aju.<\/strong> Na drugoj tavi <strong>prepe\u010demo sitno nasjeckani luk <\/strong>dok ne postane staklast i dodamo mu ri\u017eu. Kratko <strong>pe\u010demo sve zajedno, <\/strong>a zatim mje\u0161avinu zalijemo vinom. Uz neprestano mije\u0161anje pri\u010dekamo dok dio vina ne ispari i u ri\u017eoto po\u010dnemo pomalo <strong>ulijevati <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/tag\/povrce-hr\/\" class=\"ek-link\">povrtni<\/a> temeljac. <\/strong>Ri\u017eu kuhamo na umjerenoj vatri pribli\u017eno 20 minuta, kontroliraju\u0107i ju kako bi stalno bila <strong>potopljena u temeljcu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad je ri\u017ea gotovo mekana, <strong>u nju umije\u0161amo pire od bundeve<\/strong> i zasolimo prema \u017eelji.
