Ima celo ve\u010d mo\u017enih pozitivnih u\u010dinkov, ki jih lahko izkoristimo v povezavi z na\u0161im <strong>trudom za kurjenje ma\u0161\u010dob. <\/strong>Po zau\u017eitju se v telesu sprosti dopamin, ki lahko <strong>izbolj\u0161a razpolo\u017eenje ali povzro\u010di evforijo. <\/strong>Vendar pa lahko z dolgotrajno uporabo <strong>moti spanec. <\/strong>V povezavi s huj\u0161anjem vas bo zagotovo zanimal njegov <strong>termogeni u\u010dinek,<\/strong> ki vodi do ve\u010djega \u0161tevila pokurjenih kalorij zaradi pove\u010dane proizvodnje toplote. Hkrati pa tudi zvi\u0161a krvni tlak, pospe\u0161i delovanje srca in stimulira telo. To je tudi razlog, zakaj naj bodo ljudje z vi\u0161jim krvnim tlakom previdni pri vnosu kofeina. Po EFSA pa zdrava 70 kg oseba ne sme zau\u017eiti ve\u010d kot 200 mg kofeina naenkrat.&nbsp;\u010ce se predozirate s kofeinom, lahko pride do <strong>nespe\u010dnosti, razdra\u017eljivosti, omotice, razbijanja srca, bruhanja ali driske.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4] [28]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Lastnosti kofeina je potrdila tudi znanost. \u0160tudije na primer ka\u017eejo, da lahko kofein kar 3 ure <strong>pove\u010duje hitrost presnove v mirovanju za 3-11%<\/strong> &#8211; v tem primeru so udele\u017eenci dobili odmerek 200 mg kofeina. Se vam to zdi velik pospe\u0161ek?&nbsp;Oglejmo si torej specifi\u010den primer, da si lahko stvari bolje predstavljamo. <span class=\"tadv-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[5]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">\u010ce ste \u017eenska, stara 30 let, visoka 170 cm in te\u017eka 70 kg, va\u0161a <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/blog\/spletni-bmr-kalkulator\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">presnova v mirovanju<\/a> zna\u0161a pribli\u017eno 1452 kcal.&nbsp;V resnici to pomeni, da telo potrebuje vsaj 60,5 kcal na uro, da vzdr\u017euje vse funkcije. \u010ce bi ta \u017eenska sodelovala v \u0161tudiji, zau\u017eila 200 mg kofeina in bi se njena presnova v mirovanju 3 ure pove\u010devala za 3-11%, bi to pomenilo, da bi se njena <strong>poraba pove\u010dala za pribli\u017eno 5,5-20 kcal, ne da bi kaj po\u010dela.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">\u010ce bi se ta \u017eenska dr\u017eala najvi\u0161je priporo\u010dene meje za vnos kofeina, bi lahko glede na svojo telesno te\u017eo \u010dez dan zau\u017eila \u0161e 200 mg odmerek kofeina. \u010ce po \u0161tudiji pri\u0161tejemo najve\u010dji mo\u017eni rezultat, <strong>bi zgolj po zaslugi kofeina porabila 40 kcal na dan. <\/strong>Samo za idejo &#8211; 100 ml polposnetega mleka ima 47 kcal, tako da \u010de bi kofein u\u017eivali v obliki mle\u010dne kave, pospe\u0161ek presnove v mirovanju verjetno ne bi pokril niti kalorij iz samega mleka. \u010ce pa bi ta \u017eenska telovadila po zau\u017eitju kofeina, bi lahko dosegla ve\u010djo porabo kalorij.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Torej, \u010de \u017eelite kofein uporabljati za kurjenje ma\u0161\u010dob, ne smete pri\u010dakovati, da bo vse delo opravil namesto vas. Namesto tega poskusite izkoristiti dejstvo, da <strong>vas lahko zbudi, da boste lahko intenzivneje telovadili in tako pove\u010dali \u0161tevilo porabljenih kalorij.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span lang=\"SL\">Enkratni odmerek kofeina mora biti pribli\u017eno 200 mg. <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\"><span lang=\"SL\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Sinefrin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/sinefrin-90-tab-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Sinefrin<\/a> (natan\u010dneje <em>p-<\/em>sinefrin) je spojina, ki se <strong>pojavlja na primer v agrumih.&nbsp;<\/strong>Vpliva na dopamin, adrenalin in noradrenalin v telesu, kar lahko vpliva tudi na izgorevanje ma\u0161\u010dob.&nbsp;Povezan je tudi s <strong>pove\u010danjem hitrosti presnove, pove\u010danjem lipolize in bazalne presnove.&nbsp;<\/strong>Njegove u\u010dinke je potrdila tudi znanost. Ena \u0161tudija se je osredoto\u010dila na porabo kalorij in ugotovila, da se je poraba le-teh po zau\u017eitju 50 mg p-sinefrina v naslednjih 75 minutah v povpre\u010dju pove\u010dala za 3,7%. <span class=\"tadv-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[6\u20137]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">V skladu z njegovimi lastnostmi so tudi ugotovitve pregledne \u0161tudije, ki je vklju\u010devala 20 drugih \u0161tudij in pribli\u017eno 360 preiskovancev, v kateri so udele\u017eenci prejeli izvle\u010dek grenke pomaran\u010de (Citrus aurantium), v kateri je glavni alkaloid p-sinefrin. Pri teh preiskovancih so zaznali <strong>pove\u010danje hitrosti presnove v mirovanju, porabo kalorij, pri 6-12 tednih pa tudi rahlo izgubo telesne te\u017ee. <\/strong>Prav tako je bilo potrjeno, da sinefrin lahko pomaga <strong>zmanj\u0161ati apetit.<\/strong> <span class=\"tadv-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[7\u20139]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">In kot je \u017ee bilo omenjeno, <strong>je sinefrin dober prijatelj s kofeinom<\/strong> in se odli\u010dno dopolnjujeta. U\u010dinki EGCG potrjujejo tudi \u0161tevilne \u0161tudije, ki so pokazale, da <strong>pomaga pove\u010dati porabo energije in oksidacijo ma\u0161\u010dob.<\/strong> <span class=\"tadv-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[10\u201311]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Vendar pa obstajajo tudi \u0161tudije, ki so prou\u010devale neposreden u\u010dinek<strong> EGCG skupaj s kofeinom<\/strong> na izgubo telesne te\u017ee.&nbsp;Rezultati ka\u017eejo, da je 12-tedensko vsakodnevno u\u017eivanje zelenega \u010daja, ki vsebuje odmerke 100-460 mg EGCG, skupaj z 80-300 mg kofeina, povzro\u010dilo <strong>statisti\u010dno pomembno izgubo telesne te\u017ee in zmanj\u0161anje odstotka telesne ma\u0161\u010dobe.<\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[12]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span lang=\"SL\">Pomembni u\u010dinki so opa\u017eeni pri dnevnem odmerku pribli\u017eno 400-500 mg EGCG.&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tadv-color\"><span lang=\"SL\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[29]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Konjugirana linolna kislina (CLA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/cla-1000-mg-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">CLA ali konjugirana linolna kislina<\/a> je dobro znana med ljudmi, ki posku\u0161ajo shuj\u0161ati, ker je pogosto povezana z zmo\u017enostjo<strong> zmanj\u0161anja apetita, pove\u010danjem hitrosti presnove in spodbujanjem razgradnje ma\u0161\u010dob. <\/strong>Z gotovostjo lahko trdimo, da pomaga vzdr\u017eevati normalno raven holesterola v krvi, kar lahko <strong>vpliva na telesno te\u017eo<\/strong>.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Vendar se \u0161tudije na ljudeh razlikujejo pri sklepanju, ali ima CLA pomemben u\u010dinek na izgubo telesne te\u017ee. V na\u0161em telesu deluje kot &#8220;nosilec&#8221;, ki ma\u0161\u010dobe (ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline) prena\u0161a v celice, kjer se razgradijo v energijo. V skladu s tem obstaja \u0161e ena metaanaliza, ki vklju\u010duje 37 nadzorovanih \u0161tudij, ki prav tako potrjuje<strong> zmeren u\u010dinek l-karnitina na izgubo telesne te\u017ee.&nbsp;<\/strong>Druga \u0161tudija, v kateri so l-karnitin dajali mo\u010dnej\u0161im \u017eenskam pol ure pred hojo, ni pokazala statisti\u010dno pomembne razlike v izgubi telesne te\u017ee med skupino, ki je prejemala snov, in kontrolno skupino. <span class=\"tadv-color\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[16\u201317] [19]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Spet druga raziskava je pokazala, da se je pri vi\u0161ji ravni karnitina v mi\u0161icah <strong>zmanj\u0161ala uporaba zalog glikogena<\/strong> med vadbo z nizko aktivnostjo (50% VO2 max).<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Med intenzivnej\u0161i vadbo (80 % VO2 max) se je <strong>mi\u0161i\u010dni laktat<\/strong> v povezavi s karnitinom <b>zmanj\u0161al<\/b>.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Poleg tega je \u0161tudija pokazala, da lahko <strong>pripomore k pove\u010danju zmogljivosti za 11%<\/strong> (preu\u010devali so jo pri 30-minutni vadbi), kar lahko pove\u010da koli\u010dino porabljenih kalorij.
