Nejste sami. Dost mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1s i napadlo, jestli n\u00e1hodou neexistuje n\u011bjak\u00e1 kouzeln\u00e1 pilulka, kter\u00e1 by v\u00e1m hubnut\u00ed usnadnila. Pokud \u010dek\u00e1te z\u00e1zraky, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v\u00e1s zklameme. Kdyby bylo hubnut\u00ed tak snadn\u00e9 a \u0161lo to bez vynalo\u017een\u00ed jak\u00e9hokoliv \u00fasil\u00ed a zm\u011bny v \u017eivot\u011b, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b bychom byli \u0161t\u00edhl\u00ed v\u0161ichni. Podle v\u00fdsledk\u016f studi\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee kofein nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161it rychlost klidov\u00e9ho metabolismu o 3\u201311 %, <\/strong>a to a\u017e na dobu t\u0159\u00ed hodin \u2013 v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b byla \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm pod\u00e1v\u00e1na d\u00e1vka 200 mg kofeinu. Zd\u00e1 se v\u00e1m to jako v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zrychlen\u00ed? Pokud bychom po\u010d\u00edtali s maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00fdsledkem podle studie, <strong>sp\u00e1lila by d\u00edky kofeinu za den 40 kcal.<\/strong> Pro p\u0159edstavu \u2013 100 ml polotu\u010dn\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka m\u00e1 47 kcal, pokud by tedy kofein dopl\u0148ovala k\u00e1vou s ml\u00e9kem, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b by zrychlen\u00ed klidov\u00e9ho metabolismu nepokrylo ani kalorie z ml\u00e9ka. Kdy\u017e by si v\u0161ak \u0161la tato \u017eena po kofeinu zacvi\u010dit, mohla by doc\u00edlit toho, \u017ee sp\u00e1l\u00ed aktivitou v\u00edce kalori\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud tedy chcete vyu\u017e\u00edvat kofein pro spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tuk\u016f, nem\u011bli byste \u010dekat, \u017ee ud\u011bl\u00e1 ve\u0161kerou pr\u00e1ci za v\u00e1s. U t\u011bchto respondent\u016f do\u0161lo ke <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed klidov\u00e9ho metabolismu, v\u00fddeje energie a p\u0159i pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed po dobu 6\u201312 t\u00fddn\u016f do\u0161lo i k m\u00edrn\u00e9mu \u00fabytku hmotnosti. <\/strong>Stejn\u011b tak bylo potvrzeno, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee synefrin pomoci <strong>sn\u00ed\u017eit chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu.<\/strong>&nbsp; <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[7\u20139] <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A jak ji\u017e bylo \u0159e\u010deno v\u00fd\u0161e, <strong>synefrin si dob\u0159e rozum\u00ed s kofeinem<\/strong> a vz\u00e1jemn\u011b se skv\u011ble dopl\u0148uj\u00ed.
