Z \u017elico izdolbite obe polovici avokada, da bo <strong>ve\u010d prostora za jajca<\/strong>. Spodnji del avokada odre\u017eite nekoliko ravno, da se na kro\u017eniku ne prevrne. Avokado <strong>rahlo po\u0161kropite z limoninim sokom<\/strong>, ga <strong>solite <\/strong>in najprej date <strong>rumenjak<\/strong> v izdolbel del, nato pa z \u017elico vme\u0161ate toliko <strong>jaj\u010dnega beljaka<\/strong>, da se ne prelije \u010dez.
