Kolagen tipa I predstavlja 90% celotnega kolagena v telesu in se odlikuje po svoji mo\u010di. V kitah povezuje mi\u0161ice s kostmi, zato mora biti sposoben <strong>prenesti veliko silo<\/strong>. Druga vrsta je glavni kolagen v hrustancu, ki pomaga <strong>absorbirati sunke<\/strong>. Za za\u010detek je dobro zau\u017eiti dovolj hrane, ki vsebuje ve\u010dje koli\u010dine kolagena, na primer pravo <strong>govejo ali pi\u0161\u010dan\u010djo juho, pi\u0161\u010danca, ribe in \u0161koljke ali jaj\u010dne beljake<\/strong>. Vendar bi se morali na splo\u0161no osredoto\u010diti tudi na vnos beljakovin, da na\u0161e telo ne bi trpelo zaradi pomanjkanja aminokislin. Pred samo tvorbo kolagena se pojavi tako imenovani <strong>prokolagen<\/strong>, ki ga telo ustvari iz kombinacije dveh aminokislin &#8211; natan\u010dneje <strong>glicina in prolina<\/strong>. V postopku se uporablja tudi <strong>vitamin C,<\/strong> ki ga lahko dobimo na primer iz agrumov, jagod ali paprike. Udele\u017eenci so bili razdeljeni v dve skupini, ena je devetdeset dni prejemala <strong>10 mg bioaktivnega nedenaturiranega kolagena tipa 2<\/strong>, druga pa kombinacijo <strong>glukozamina (1500 mg) in hondroitina (1200 mg),<\/strong> ki se pogosto uporablja pri bole\u010dinah v kolenu in artrozi. Kaj so pokazali rezultati? Po 90 dneh zdravljenja so ljudje, ki so prejemali kolagen tipa 2, <strong>znatno izbolj\u0161ali bole\u010dino med vsakodnevnimi aktivnostmi<\/strong>, kar je znatno izbolj\u0161alo tudi kakovost njihovega \u017eivljenja. Na podlagi vnaprej dolo\u010denega indeksa se je pri <strong>ljudeh, ki so jemali kolagen, stanje izbolj\u0161alo za 20%<\/strong>, v skupini, ki je jemala kombinacijo glukozamina in hondroitina, pa <strong>le 6%<\/strong>.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"5\"><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[13]<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"6\">Druga \u0161tudija je prou\u010devala u\u010dinek kolagena pri zdravljenju artroze kolena v kombinaciji s paracetamolom (zdravilom proti bole\u010dinam). V tem primeru so bili udele\u017eenci spet razdeljeni v dve skupini. Prva je vsak dan prejela 1500 mg paracetamola. Drugi skupini so raziskovalci dali enako koli\u010dino paracetamola in 10 mg naravnega drugega tipa kolagena. Poskus je trajal devetdeset dni, nato pa so ponovno izmerili simptome in biokemi\u010dne markerje razgradnje hrustanca. V skupini, ki so ji dodajali kolagen, se je bole\u010dina med hojo znatno izbolj\u0161ala v primerjavi s skupino brez kolagena. Zato se je druga \u0161tudija osredoto\u010dila na bole\u010dine v kolenu pri 160 mladih \u0161portnikih (18\u201330 let). Ti so bili razdeljeni v dve skupini in raziskovalci so jim 12 tednov vsak dan dajali <strong>5 g bioaktivnih peptidov kolagena ali placeba<\/strong>. Na koncu so bile ugotovljene statisti\u010dno pomembne razlike v bole\u010dini v korist <strong>skupine s kolagenom<\/strong>.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[15]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"4\">Pri mladih \u0161portnikih in pravzaprav ne le pri njih bi lahko <strong>dodajanje kolagena pomagalo tudi pri drugih zdravstvenih te\u017eavah<\/strong>, ki obi\u010dajno niso zelo resne, lahko pa vas za nekaj tednov upo\u010dasnijo.
