Rovn\u011b\u017e zdrav\u00e9 smoothie, o kter\u00e9m si myslela, \u017ee bude m\u00edt minimum kalori\u00ed, p\u0159ipsalo na jej\u00ed \u00fa\u010det 1 ban\u00e1n, p\u016flku jablka a hru\u0161ky, 10 gram\u016f chia sem\u00ednek, 30 gram\u016f \u0161pen\u00e1tu a 100 ml polotu\u010dn\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka (zhruba 250 kcal). Balen\u00ed Light Iced Coffee (175 kcal), na kter\u00e9m si pochutnala po cest\u011b z&nbsp;pr\u00e1ce, a dvojka polosuch\u00e9ho v\u00edna (180 kcal) k&nbsp;ve\u010dern\u00ed oslav\u011b spln\u011bn\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu p\u0159ihodilo na stranu jej\u00edho energetick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu <strong>nav\u00edc zhruba 900 kcal.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Eva m\u00e1 sice nastaven\u00fd kalorick\u00fd deficit na 500 kcal, ale <strong>kv\u016fli zbyte\u010dn\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edjmu energie z&nbsp;n\u00e1poj\u016f je v&nbsp;kalorick\u00e9m nadbytku 400 kcal<\/strong>. Nejen\u017ee tedy nebude hubnout, ale pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b bude sp\u00ed\u0161 p\u0159ib\u00edrat. Je ale ot\u00e1zkou, jestli se zv\u00fd\u0161ila absolutn\u00ed konzumace alkoholu nebo se jen p\u0159esunula do dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed.
