Istodobno, <strong>globalna u\u010destalost prekomjerne tjelesne te\u017eine i pretilosti raste alarmantnom brzinom.<\/strong> Za\u0161to ve\u0107ina poku\u0161aja mr\u0161avljenja, redovitog vje\u017ebanja i dolaska u formu zavr\u0161i bezuspje\u0161no? Pogledajmo <strong>kako mo\u017eete trajno smr\u0161avjeti i promijeniti svoj \u017eivot na bolje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a class=\"ek-link ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/obesity-and-overweight\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>Prema<\/strong><\/a> <strong>Svjetskoj zdravstvenoj organizaciji<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;(WHO)<\/strong> u 2016. godini, 39 % svjetske populacije (pribli\u017eno 1,9 milijardi ljudi) imalo je prekomjernu tjelesnu te\u017einu ili bilo pretilo. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[1]<\/span><\/li><li><strong>Vi\u0161e od 60 % ljudi koji posje\u0107uju teretanu<\/strong> ima problema u pridr\u017eavanju redovnog rasporeda dulje od 3 mjeseca. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[2]<\/span><\/li><li><strong>Do drugog tjedna velja\u010de, 80 % novogodi\u0161njih odluka<\/strong> zavr\u0161i u sme\u0107u, a samo 8 % ljudi zapravo postigne zadane odluke. Statisti\u010dki podaci pokazuju da je oko <strong>55 % novogodi\u0161njih odluka povezano s pobolj\u0161anjem na\u010dina \u017eivota.<\/strong> To pokazuje da se ljudi bave time i \u017eele poraditi na tome. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[3] [4]<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao \u0161to vidimo, sli\u010dne probleme dijeli vi\u0161e od tre\u0107ine svijeta i nemaju svi kodiranu \u017eeljeznu motivaciju za vje\u017ebanje. Istina je da ve\u0107ina ljudi, jednostavno re\u010deno, ima problema s dolaskom barem u daleki oblik forme od one u kojoj se vide u snovima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada <strong>120 % slijedimo brutalni plan treninga i prehrane<\/strong>, a za nekoliko dana <strong>pojedemo ne\u0161to dodatne hrane ili presko\u010dimo trening<\/strong>, mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da <strong>nema smisla nastaviti.<\/strong> A onda dolazi razdoblje kada se prepustimo svemu onome \u010dega smo se odricali \u010ditavo to vrijeme i na\u0161 cjelokupni napor je nestao. Na internetu \u0107ete prona\u0107i neiscrpan broj \u010dlanaka o prehrani, vje\u017ebanju i &#8220;zajam\u010denim smjernicama i programima&#8221; za uspje\u0161no mr\u0161avljenje. Ako ne upadnemo u zamku besmislenih <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/detoksikacija-kako-mijenja-zivot\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">detoksa<\/a> ili programa koji obe\u0107avaju \u010duda i <strong>odabiru kvalitetan i racionalan pristup mr\u0161avljenju, nadomak smo pobjedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u0161to to mo\u017ee funkcionirati? Zato \u0161to racionalni i visokokvalitetni programi nude provjerene i izvodljive smjernice koje sadr\u017ee informacije za postizanje na\u0161ih ciljeva. Bez obzira radi li se o naporu da smr\u0161avite, dobijete vi\u0161e mi\u0161i\u0107a ili se hranite zdravo. Za po\u010detak mo\u017eemo<strong> jesti vi\u0161e povr\u0107a, vo\u0107a, a manje \u0161e\u0107era i proizvoda od dimljenog mesa.<\/strong> Postupno \u0107emo raditi na kalorijskom deficitu koji je uvjet za uspje\u0161no mr\u0161avljenje (Hall, 2008.). <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[6]<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er se ne moramo odmah baviti time koliko je serija i ponavljanja vje\u017ebanja najidealnije tijekom treninga ili <strong>koja je vje\u017eba najbolja za rast mi\u0161i\u0107a i promjenu proporcija tijela.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u0160to je doista va\u017eno?<\/strong> Jednostavna \u010dinjenica da \u0107emo se polako i redovito po\u010deti baviti sportom u kojem u\u017eivamo. CrossFit ne moramo po\u010deti raditi odmah, iako prema dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama imamo osje\u0107aj da su danas mo\u017eda svi CrossFit sporta\u0161i. Ako <strong>radimo ne\u0161to \u0161to nam u biti ne odgovara, ne\u0107emo dugo izdr\u017eati.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uspjeh je uvjetovan sposobno\u0161\u0107u promjene navika i postupnog zapo\u010dinjanja s novima<\/strong> zahvaljuju\u0107i kojima \u0107e nam biti puno lak\u0161e posti\u0107i ciljeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ako du\u0161om i tijelom nismo sporta\u0161i, a zdrava prehrana nije na\u0161a strast,<\/strong> promjena u zdravije i nove navike ko\u0161tat \u0107e nas puno mentalne energije. Ako se potrudimo u stilu &#8220;sve ili ni\u0161ta&#8221;, vjerojatno ne\u0107emo mo\u0107i posti\u0107i gotovo ni\u0161ta.
