A ako to dopadlo? Po 90dennej lie\u010dbe bolo u&nbsp;\u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed dost\u00e1vali kolag\u00e9n druh\u00e9ho typu, zaznamenan\u00e9 <strong>v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zlep\u0161enie bolesti<\/strong> pri ka\u017edodenn\u00fdch \u010dinnostiach, v\u010faka \u010domu sa v\u00fdrazne zlep\u0161ila aj kvalita ich \u017eivota. Experiment trval dev\u00e4\u0165desiat dn\u00ed a po uplynut\u00ed boli znova meran\u00e9 pr\u00edznaky a biochemick\u00e9 markery degrad\u00e1cie chrupavky. U skupiny ktorej byl navy\u0161e pod\u00e1van\u00fd aj kolag\u00e9n, do\u0161lo k v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed bolestivosti pri ch\u00f4dzi oproti skupine bez kolag\u00e9nu.
