Kolagen I. typu tvo\u0159\u00ed a\u017e 90 % ve\u0161ker\u00e9ho kolagenu v t\u011ble a vynik\u00e1 svou pevnost\u00ed. Ve \u0161lach\u00e1ch toti\u017e spojuje svaly s kostmi, a tak mus\u00ed b\u00fdt schopn\u00fd <strong>odolat velk\u00e9 s\u00edle<\/strong>. Druh\u00fd typ je hlavn\u00edm kolagenem v chrupavk\u00e1ch, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 <strong>absorbovat n\u00e1razy<\/strong>. T\u00edm se zvy\u0161uje jeho vyu\u017eitelnost pro t\u011blo. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[12]<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jake_vysledky_ma_suplementace_kolagenem_podle_vedeckych_studii\"><\/span>Jak\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky m\u00e1 suplementace kolagenem podle v\u011bdeck\u00fdch studi\u00ed?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Abyste si o fungov\u00e1n\u00ed kolagenu a jeho vlivu na klouby mohli ud\u011blat lep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavu, rozebereme si podrobn\u011bji i v\u00fdzkumy, kter\u00e9 se na n\u011bj bl\u00ed\u017ee zam\u011b\u0159ily.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V prvn\u00ed klinick\u00e9 studii, se kterou bychom v\u00e1s bl\u00ed\u017ee sezn\u00e1mili, byli zkoum\u00e1ni lid\u00e9 s<strong> osteoartr\u00f3zou kolene, co\u017e je jedno z nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed tohoto kloubu<\/strong>. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci byli rozd\u011bleni do dvou skupin, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jedn\u00e9 z nich bylo po dobu devades\u00e1ti dn\u016f pod\u00e1v\u00e1no <strong>10 mg bioaktivn\u00edho nedenaturovan\u00e9ho kolagenu druh\u00e9ho typu<\/strong>, a <strong>druh\u00e9 kombinace glukosaminu (1500 mg) a chondroitinu (1200 mg)<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 se \u010dasto vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i bolestech kolene i osteoartr\u00f3ze. A jak to dopadlo? Po 90denn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010db\u011b bylo u lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed dost\u00e1vali kolagen druh\u00e9ho typu, zaznamen\u00e1no <strong>v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed bolesti<\/strong> p\u0159i ka\u017edodenn\u00edch \u010dinnostech, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161ila i kvalita jejich \u017eivota. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159edem stanoven\u00e9ho indexu<strong> do\u0161lo u lid\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch kolagen o 20% zlep\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong>, kde\u017eto u skupiny u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed kombinaci glukosaminu a chondroitinu nastalo zlep\u0161en\u00ed <strong>o pouh\u00fdch 6 %<\/strong>. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[13]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed studie se t\u00fdkala \u00fa\u010dinku kolagenu p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b artr\u00f3zy v koleni ve spojen\u00ed s<strong> paracetamolem<\/strong> (l\u00e9\u010divem proti bolesti). V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b byli z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bni op\u011bt rozd\u011bleni do dvou skupin. Prvn\u00ed z nich ka\u017ed\u00fd den dost\u00e1vala <strong>1 500 mg paracetamolu<\/strong>. Druh\u00e9 skupin\u011b v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci pod\u00e1vali <strong>stejn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed paracetamolu, a nav\u00edc i 10 mg nativn\u00edho kolagenu druh\u00e9ho typu<\/strong>. Experiment trval devades\u00e1t dn\u016f a po uplynut\u00ed byly znovu m\u011b\u0159eny p\u0159\u00edznaky a biochemick\u00e9 markery degradace chrupavky. U skupiny, kter\u00e9 byl pod\u00e1v\u00e1n nav\u00edc i kolagen, do\u0161lo k <strong>v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed bolestivosti p\u0159i ch\u016fzi oproti skupin\u011b bez kolagenu<\/strong>. Opak je v\u0161ak pravdou. <strong>Funk\u010dn\u00ed probl\u00e9my s koleny m\u016f\u017eou p\u0159ij\u00edt v ka\u017ed\u00e9m v\u011bku<\/strong>. Dal\u0161\u00ed studie se proto zam\u011b\u0159ila na bolesti kolen u 160 mlad\u00fdch sportovc\u016f (18\u201330 let). Ti byli rozd\u011bleni do dvou skupin a po dobu 12 t\u00fddn\u016f jim v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci d\u00e1vali ka\u017ed\u00fd den <strong>5 g bioaktivn\u00edch kolagenov\u00fdch peptid\u016f nebo placeba<\/strong>. Po uplynut\u00ed byly zji\u0161t\u011bny statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly v bolestivosti, a to <strong>ve prosp\u011bch skupiny, kter\u00e1 dost\u00e1vala kolagen<\/strong>. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[15]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U mlad\u00fdch sportovc\u016f, a vlastn\u011b nejen u nich, by mohla<strong> kolagenov\u00e1 suplementace pomoci i p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00edch zdravotn\u00edch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00edch<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 obvykle neb\u00fdvaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9, ale dok\u00e1\u017eou vy\u0159adit z tr\u00e9ninku i na n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f. Ano, \u0159e\u010d je o <strong>v\u00fdronech kotn\u00edku<\/strong>. Kdo ho za\u017eil, tak v\u00ed, \u017ee i po n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt \u010dlov\u011bk pocit, \u017ee v noze nem\u00e1 takovou jistotu. Podle v\u00fdsledk\u016f v\u00fdzkumu by v\u0161ak kolagenov\u00e1 suplementace m\u011bla <strong>pomoci lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed probl\u00e9my s nestabilitou kotn\u00edku<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee v ur\u010dit\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech souviset pr\u00e1v\u011b s v\u00fdronem.
