Je ov\u0161em pot\u0159eba rozli\u0161it, s jak\u00fdm druhem stresu se nej\u010dast\u011bji potk\u00e1v\u00e1me. Pokud se jedn\u00e1 o kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd stres, kter\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk c\u00edt\u00ed, kdy\u017e sed\u00ed na zkou\u0161ce ve \u0161kole nebo na pohovoru p\u0159ed sv\u00fdm budouc\u00edm zam\u011bstnavatelem, m\u016f\u017ee mu tento stav dokonce pomoci k nabuzen\u00ed a pod\u00e1n\u00ed lep\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdkonu. To v\u0161ak neplat\u00ed pro dlouhodob\u00fd chronick\u00fd stres, kter\u00fd po\u0161kozuje psychick\u00e9 i fyzick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, a dokonce m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i \u017eivot ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V dne\u0161n\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku si proto vysv\u011btl\u00edme, <strong>co p\u0159esn\u011b se v na\u0161em t\u011ble d\u011bje<\/strong>, kdy\u017e jsme ve stresu, <strong>jak se stres projevuje<\/strong>, <strong>jak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt d\u016fsledky<\/strong> a co se tedy d\u00e1 ud\u011blat proto, abychom negativn\u00ed stres <strong>co nejv\u00edc omezili<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Co_se_s_nasim_telem_deje_kdyz_jsme_ve_stresu\"><\/span>Co se s na\u0161\u00edm t\u011blem d\u011bje, kdy\u017e jsme ve stresu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na za\u010d\u00e1tku ka\u017ed\u00e9 stresov\u00e9 reakce, a\u0165 u\u017e je pozitivn\u00ed, nebo negativn\u00ed, <strong>stoj\u00ed tzv. stresor neboli spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d<\/strong>. T\u00edm m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad smutn\u00e1 vzpom\u00ednka, konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed ud\u00e1lost nebo t\u0159eba bolest. D\u011bj, kter\u00fd se pak odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 v t\u011ble, <strong>za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v behavior\u00e1ln\u011b inhibi\u010dn\u00edm centru<\/strong>, jeho\u017e ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti jsou odpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za reakci. Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s &#8220;pam\u011b\u0165ovou bankou&#8221; pak <strong>vyhodnot\u00ed stupe\u0148 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed t\u00e9to situace<\/strong>. Jestli\u017ee na\u0161e t\u011blo za\u010dne vzniklou situace pova\u017eovat za ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed, spust\u00ed se <strong>poplachov\u00e1 f\u00e1ze<\/strong>. Postupn\u011b dojde k tomu, \u017ee noradrenalin aktivuje sympatickou \u010d\u00e1st autonomn\u00edho nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00e1 p\u016fsob\u00ed na d\u0159e\u0148 nadledvin. Ta pak za\u010dne <strong>produkovat adrenalin i noradrenalin do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu<\/strong>. V dne\u0161n\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku v\u00e1m zkus\u00edme d\u00e1t n\u011bkolik rad, kter\u00e9 by v\u00e1m <strong>mohly pomoci stres alespo\u0148 minimalizovat na \u00fanosnou hladinu<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 nebude m\u00edt na t\u011blo negativn\u00ed dopad. To vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad i z v\u00fdsledk\u016f studie, kdy se v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zam\u011b\u0159ili na 682 rekrea\u010dn\u00edch sportovc\u016f. Zjistili, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed dodr\u017eeli obecn\u00e1 pohybov\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed, c\u00edtili v \u017eivot\u011b <strong>m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fazkosti, stresu a celkov\u011b se zlep\u0161ila jejich kvalita \u017eivota<\/strong>. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[4] [5]<\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud pravideln\u011b sportujete, jist\u011b v\u00e1m je bl\u00edzk\u00fd zn\u00e1m\u00fd pocit euforie po docvi\u010den\u00ed, kdy se v\u00e1m do t\u011bla vyplavuj\u00ed endorfiny neboli hormony \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, m\u00e1te dobrou n\u00e1ladu, probl\u00e9my se zdaj\u00ed b\u00fdt najednou mnohem \u00fanosn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a mo\u017en\u00e1 jste na chv\u00edli <strong>dostali z hlavy i v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s stresuj\u00ed<\/strong>. Sna\u017ete se proto n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b za\u0159adit sportovn\u00ed aktivitu, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s bav\u00ed. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 v\u00e1m s uklidn\u011bn\u00edm j\u00f3ga? Tak cvi\u010dte j\u00f3gu. Pot\u0159ebujete si pro odbour\u00e1n\u00ed stresu d\u00e1t do t\u011bla a po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b se zapotit? Pak zkuste rychl\u00fd b\u011bh nebo HIIT. A jestli v\u00e1m naopak d\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e zved\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch \u010dinek, pak se v\u011bnujte silov\u00e9mu tr\u00e9ninku. Nikde nen\u00ed ps\u00e1no, jak\u00fd sport je v souvislosti se stresem nejlep\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b pro v\u00e1s. <strong>Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk je jin\u00fd a ka\u017ed\u00fd tak\u00e9 nejl\u00e9pe v\u00ed, jak\u00e9 aktivity mu d\u011blaj\u00ed dob\u0159e<\/strong>.
