Abychom mohli podrobn\u011bji rozebrat, co stoj\u00ed za kvalitou na\u0161ich vlas\u016f, mus\u00edme nejprve pochopit, <strong>jak v\u016fbec r\u016fst vlas\u016f funguje<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd <strong>folikul (tk\u00e1\u0148, kter\u00e1 obaluje vlas a ze kter\u00e9 vlas vyr\u016fst\u00e1)<\/strong> obsahuje vlasov\u00fd ko\u0159en, kter\u00fd je vyroben\u00fd z bun\u011bk b\u00edlkovin. Krevn\u00edm ob\u011bhem se pak do nich dost\u00e1v\u00e1 kysl\u00edk. Bez kysl\u00edku by se toti\u017e bu\u0148ky nemohly d\u011blit. T\u00edmto <strong>d\u011blen\u00edm se vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed vlas<\/strong>, kter\u00fd za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 tla\u010dit zespoda na k\u016f\u017ei. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[3]<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Postupn\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed k tomu, \u017ee vlasy vyr\u016fstaj\u00ed z k\u016f\u017ee ven. Stejn\u011b tak jako m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt vliv i na to, jestli v\u00e1m vlasy budou vypad\u00e1vat, kdy za\u010dnete \u0161ediv\u011bt a podobn\u011b. Podle v\u00fdsledk\u016f byl u t\u011bchto respondent\u016f celkov\u011b odhalen <strong>nedostatek vitam\u00ednu B12 i B9<\/strong>. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[9]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>S nedostatkem vitam\u00ednu skupiny B mohou m\u00edt <strong>probl\u00e9m p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vegetari\u00e1ni nebo vegani<\/strong>. Jeho zdrojem je toti\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad maso a v\u00fdrobky \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu.
