Pojmami <strong>metabolizmus<\/strong> alebo <strong>l\u00e1tkov\u00e1 premena <\/strong>sa ozna\u010duj\u00fa <strong>biochemick\u00e9 procesy,<\/strong> ktor\u00fdch \u00falohou je <strong>\u201cudr\u017ea\u0165 n\u00e1s na\u017eive\u201d.<\/strong> \u010casto sa stretnete s rozdelen\u00edm reakci\u00ed na <strong>anabolick\u00e9 a katabolick\u00e9. <\/strong>Pri <strong>anabolick\u00fdch<\/strong> reakci\u00e1ch organizmus vyu\u017e\u00edva energiu z katabolick\u00fdch procesov na <strong>vytv\u00e1ranie bunkov\u00fdch \u0161trukt\u00far <\/strong>z men\u0161\u00edch stavebn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc. Mo\u017eno ste aj vy u\u017e vo veku, kedy si iba s nostalgiou spomeniete, ko\u013eko ste toho mohli pred ist\u00fdm \u010dasom zjes\u0165, a to bez priberania. Jednou z<strong> funkci\u00ed mitochondri\u00ed je tvorba energie<\/strong> a \u00falohou <strong>sod\u00edkovo-drasl\u00edkov\u00fdch pump <\/strong>zase presun<strong> i\u00f3nov sod\u00edka a drasl\u00edka <\/strong>cez bunkov\u00fa membr\u00e1nu. Vedci z Cambridgeskej univerzity toti\u017e naozaj <strong>objavili g\u00e9n, <\/strong>ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee st\u00e1\u0165 za <strong>pomal\u0161ou metabolickou aktivitou a nadv\u00e1hou. <\/strong>Presved\u010denie, \u017ee obezita m\u00f4\u017ee s\u00favisie\u0165 s g\u00e9nmi je u\u017e star\u0161ie, ale a\u017e teraz sa podarilo spozna\u0165 ozajstn\u00fd g\u00e9n. Vol\u00e1 sa <strong>KSR2 <\/strong>a pod\u013ea v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov m\u00f4\u017ee jeho mut\u00e1cia <strong>zni\u017eova\u0165 schopnos\u0165 <\/strong>buniek <strong>metabolizova\u0165 gluk\u00f3zu a mastn\u00e9 kyseliny.<\/strong> Tento objav nie je iba ofici\u00e1lnou ospravedlnenkou pre \u013eud\u00ed s nadv\u00e1hou. V bud\u00facnosti sa mo\u017eno do\u010dk\u00e1me pou\u017eitia g\u00e9nu na medic\u00ednske \u00fa\u010dely a lie\u010dbu obezity. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[13] [14]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Okrem genetiky m\u00f4\u017eu pomal\u0161\u00ed metabolizmus sp\u00f4sobova\u0165 aj <strong>horm\u00f3ny, <\/strong>r\u00f4zne <strong>lieky, nedostatok sp\u00e1nku, stres <\/strong>alebo <strong>pitn\u00fd re\u017eim. <\/strong>Ot\u00e1zkou zost\u00e1va, \u010di je mo\u017en\u00e9 zr\u00fdchli\u0165 metabolizmus, aby pracoval pod\u013ea na\u0161ich predst\u00e1v a odpove\u010fou je &#8211; do istej miery. Vybrali sme pre v\u00e1s nieko\u013eko sp\u00f4sobov, ktor\u00fdmi viete pom\u00f4c\u0165 spr\u00e1vnej funkcii metabolizmu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"metabolizmus-a-cvicenie\"><strong>Metabolizmus a cvi\u010denie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cvi\u010denie a celkovo fyzick\u00fa aktivitu je pri metabolizme potrebn\u00e9 da\u0165 na prv\u00e9 miesto, preto\u017ee je to jeden z k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch sp\u00f4sobov, ako ho zr\u00fdchli\u0165. <strong>Svaly spa\u013euj\u00fa viac kal\u00f3ri\u00ed <\/strong>ne\u017e tukov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby, a to aj po skon\u010den\u00ed tr\u00e9ningu. M\u00f4\u017ee za to <strong>EPOC<\/strong> (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption), v\u010faka ktor\u00e9mu zostane v\u00e1\u0161 <strong>metabolizmus r\u00fdchlej\u0161\u00ed<\/strong> aj nieko\u013eko hod\u00edn po odcvi\u010den\u00ed. <strong>EPOC <\/strong>je mo\u017en\u00e9 prelo\u017ei\u0165 ako <strong>nadmern\u00fa spotrebu kysl\u00edka po cvi\u010den\u00ed. <\/strong>Je to mno\u017estvo kysl\u00edka potrebn\u00e9ho pre <strong>obnovu tela<\/strong> a pou\u017e\u00edva sa napr\u00edklad na doplnenie <strong>kysl\u00edka v cievach a svaloch, opravu svalov<\/strong> po tr\u00e9ningu alebo<strong> obnovu telesnej teploty. <\/strong>Organizmus potrebuje na spotrebu <strong>1 litra kysl\u00edka<\/strong> asi <strong>5 kal\u00f3ri\u00ed, <\/strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm spotrebovan\u00e9ho kysl\u00edka po\u010das a po cvi\u010den\u00ed sa prirodzene zv\u00fd\u0161i aj po\u010det sp\u00e1len\u00fdch kal\u00f3ri\u00ed. Pri <strong>30-min\u00fatovom joggingu <\/strong>sp\u00e1lite asi<strong> 250 kal\u00f3ri\u00ed, <\/strong>za rovnak\u00fd \u010das pri <strong>silovom tr\u00e9ningu<\/strong> sp\u00e1lite iba pribli\u017ene <strong>130 &#8211; 220 kal\u00f3rii.<\/strong> Po\u010das jedn\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu teda viac sp\u00e1lite kardiom. Na druhej strane, po silovom tr\u00e9ningu m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 metabolizmus v <strong>\u201czr\u00fdchlenom re\u017eime\u201d<\/strong> e\u0161te \u010fal\u0161\u00edch <strong>38 hod\u00edn, <\/strong>\u010do rozhodne nie je na zahodenie. Pod\u013ea \u0161t\u00fadie z roku 2001, tr\u00e9ning s v\u00e1hami viedol k <strong>n\u00e1rastu \u201cpokojov\u00e9ho\u201d metabolizmu <\/strong>o<strong> 9 % u mu\u017eov a 4 % u \u017eien. <\/strong>Progres je v\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed u mu\u017eov, ale ani 4 % nie s\u00fa m\u00e1rne.
